My 6S Plus finally crapped out on me, so it was time for a new phone. Android sucks, so iPhone was the only option. Since I treat my phones well (clean, always in a case, etc.), I opted for the best model at the time. It does what it's supposed to. I can't ask for more than that.

Still learning how to navigate & realize what it has to offer. haven't had it very long. I rated it good, I'm sure it's really excellent but not sure yet if it was really worth the very high price. Leaving cost out of the picture I'm sure already that it is by far the best phone ever.

I love the swipe left or right to access recent apps, Face ID works with Apple Pay and some applications and saves time. Screen is beautiful, better than most other phones in its class. Mobile Reception can be better and Wifi is fast. I would highly recommend this phone for new users or upgrades

Let me begin by saying, I do not do much besides talk and text on my phone, but the iPhone X has been great. The picture quality is amazing!!! Worth the Money

Recently purchased the 68gb space grey and I couldn’t be more in love with it! I also got it on promotion with it that Verizon was offering at the time!

Bought this IPhone X for my son for Xmas. I have played around on it a bit but loving it so far. He is going to be so excited to receive it for xmas.

The phone has a gorgeous display. The phone has a sleek design. The most elegant phone in the market today. However it's not worth $1K, the iPhone 7 has the same functions. I recommend you wait till Fall of 2018 for new iPhones.

Good phone with newer features. Best Buy is where we buy our phones and always have good service. They work well with Verizon wireless.

I previously owned a 5s and it seemed like I was always charging it. Although it was almost 5 years old and definitely got my monies worth.

I’ve always bought my phones from Best Buy. You get a better deal for your buck! Great quality for low prices, plus awesome customer service.

Good phone as the rest of the iPhone's in the series. The one complaint would be that the updates make the phone slow or mess with something every time. Miss that there's no earphone jack. Good thing there's an adapter I can use for my earphones.

The product is great; however very expansive. I had a BestBuy gift card from my credit card points to help off set the cost. I purchased it out right

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen Beto d repair. Fortunately a free upgrade was available. The sales rep was really over the top!

Was a little disappointed to find out they removed the fingerprint scanner but outside of this, as always, apple has made a solid phone product.

I worried about transitioning from an iPhone 5 to this (huge jump I know) but it wasn’t difficult! My only complaint is that the phone freezes fairly constantly and I have to reset it so it no longer gets stuck on a black screen. Hope they patch that soon!

Really disappointed with this. First of all this phone is $100 extra and after that Bestbuy cheated by not providing reward points citing stupid reasons. Had been buying from Best buy a lot but this is asking me to reconsider.

Great phone! the only thing is that some of the content can be cropped. Other than that and FaceID occasionally bugging out, it was a good purchase.

Amazing phone, but all these phones are over priced. It’s been a few years since I’ve needed one, and hopefully this one will last as well.

My husband gifted me this phone and I love it.. I already had a iPhone 6 so it’s pretty similar to this new and.. . really user friendly..

I was worried 64 gig wouldn’t be enough but after going through my phone and deleting all the random stuff 64 gig is more than enough room.
