It was really odd at first, very different from the previous phone but in a good way. After a few days I wouldn’t want to go back to the old style.

I've been in the Iphone family for a while, and prefer the IOS. However, Apple...Step up your camera game! Portrait mode is great. But you have the technology. Stop waiting to release it, by making us pay more for it! Anyway. Other than that, it's an Iphone. Enough said.

Apple was recommended by a coworker when I decided to get a smartphone. I fell in love with it and when it was time to get a newer model this was it!

Wonderful capability, a little difficult to pair with wireless headpnones and to get used to no home button. Battery life not as good as expected

Takes a little bit to get used to but a very welcomed change. This is second one I have bought. One for my son. He loves it too. No complaints at all

I love this phone and it a dream come true, but when I got the iOS 12 update early it came with some glitches like black screen and I had to turn it off and on several times until I re updated my phone and I didn’t happen anymore. That’s the only hiccups I had this phone!

Really disappointed with this. First of all this phone is $100 extra and after that Bestbuy cheated by not providing reward points citing stupid reasons. Had been buying from Best buy a lot but this is asking me to reconsider.

Great phone! the only thing is that some of the content can be cropped. Other than that and FaceID occasionally bugging out, it was a good purchase.

I was skeptical about buying this phone at first... but I’ve been so happy with it ever since I got it. It’s way better than the other versions!

I was worried 64 gig wouldn’t be enough but after going through my phone and deleting all the random stuff 64 gig is more than enough room.

I love this phone but, it took a long time for get there? Way to expensive for what you get.

This is an awesome phone so far. Love the full screen. Super fast and intuitive. Still learning everything it offers but glad I chose the X.

Couldn’t be happier. It was expensive, but it checked all my boxes for needs and wants. Still the best phone! Durable and nice looking!

Th one thing that i dislike the most about this phone is the button that’s missing. How do you just simple go away from the one thing you’ve been doing since day 1. And the facial recognition camera goes out too much.

I think I still like having the option to use my fingerprint alongside Face ID. The Face ID takes too long sometimes when if you had your finger on the home button, the phone would already be opening up. The Face ID makes you have to take another step and takes longer

The phone is beautiful but that’s pretty much it. Everything else is dissapointing. I had an iPhone 7+ before this one and it was way better. The portrait mode did not improve it got worse than the 7+. There is a lot more to say but overall it’s a big disappointment for me.

Bought this iPhone for my mom and she always made reference to how glad she was about it evening.

Love the color, style, camera, storage space, crystal clear display screen. A nice phone to have and pretty sleek look. Love my purchase.
