I really wanted to like this iphone. I like the large screen as far as playing back 1080 video content this is the phone to have but I have trouble holding it in my hand safely. Find it hard to get my thumb from on end of the screen to the other. Wish it was like 5 percent smaller.

I miss my Plus. The only feature i like on this is the facial recognition

This is my fourth iPhone and I LOVE it! Not an android person. The battery is SOOOOO much better than my 6+. I love all the new features I have been using!

It’s good... It just like the 6 7 8.... Just a few more features... I think $1000 is a high price to pay...

Not sure what the complaints are about price the device is solid, fits most hands, is fast and the software echo system is the reason people stay. Only item is the camera could be better even though it is very good. With iOS12 it is faster and some of the 11.4 quirks on x are now gone,

I am loving my new IPHONE X. The camera quality is amazing, as good as my digital slr. I am also enjoying the face detection. I am very happy with this purchase.

Love everything about this phone! From the looks of it to all of the features available. Especially the face recognition feature now available. GREAT!!

I couldn’t wait to get rid of my iPhone 7 because of poor function as a phone. This new version is awesome and I have had no issues with the Face ID.

I have been using iPhones since the beginning, Loosing the home button has taken me some getting used to. After about a month I still notice that it isn't there, but I am able get used to not having it there. I'm sure after the more I use it the more comfortable I'll be able to feel with it.

Took a little while to get used to transitioning from a 7+ but it flows well. Screen size is comparable to my 7+ but is near the footprint of a regular 7.

Takes some getting used to since there is no home button but the screen size is just as big as a plus without the bulk. Great phone once you figure it out.

The greatest phone right now. The only reason I gave four stars is the 100 extra dollars I paid Best Buy!

The iphone x is a great upgrade. Adjusting to not having a home button and the new gestures took no time at all.

Had an iPhone 5 that finally went bad. Purchased the iPhoneX and so far I love it. Have had no problems and works as expected. Highly Recommend!

Great phone with an even better screen quality and camera. Although the new face recognition feature is different it is really easy to get used to.

It took me awhile to navigate around with all the new changes, but once I got used to them I love my new phone! I am especially enjoying the new camera.

I’ve had the iPhone X for about 6 months and I have pleasantly been surprised of its durability despite being completely encased in glass. An expensive investment warranted protection, but when you have little ones, toddlers to be exact, the best laid and foolproof plan can be found to have a chink if you are persistent enough to find it. I would like to thank the representative who assisted in this purchase as they were very knowledgeable and the walkthrough/ transition from the 6S Plus to the X was seamless. I would recommend future purchases of this device in-store.

Love the X...took a bit getting used to the “no home” button. Staff at Best Buy set up the phone and transferred everything including photos and contacts.

I have had this phone for over two years now and it is just as great as the day I got it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Unless fingerprint there is nothing bad about it. The face id camera wont work sometimes while in dark
