Love it! Had an iPod touch 6 for the longest time and then an Android (pretty much an Obama phone) for emergencies.. after I moved out of my mom’s, this was my first big purchase. $1000 for a phone is kinda bonkers but I don’t regret it (don’t know if I’d do it again though lol). Love the camera quality and storage!!

So I bought an unlocked phone by paying the full price. The phone did not have a pin to open the sim slot. And when I started it, it was receiving network which an unlocked phone shouldn't have. Took it to the store next day and the phone is unlocked but it had a sim card in it which was taken out by the associate for me. The phone works fine, but I don't have a pin to change the sim in future. Will have to use a paperclip, I guess.

Without any doubt, this would easily go down as the best iPhone ever for now. The processor is amazing, and so is the OLED display on this version which makes things crystal clear to view. Camera is excellent (especially wide angle) and the wireless charging is a great feature finally on iPhones.

I love Best Buy but sometimes they have false advertising ads. I bought a new iPhone and the ad had “buy an iPhone get 3 months of Apple Music” but I never got that 3 month trial. I tried contacting bestbuy but after talking to several people they told me it was for new Apple customers but the ad didn’t say new customers. So that’s why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

Has it really been only about a year since I bought this? It feels like I've had it for years. Been wonderful for pictures and for work. Wish the screen wasn't cracked....cracked even though I put crack shield on it

If you like taking pictures this iPhone is great because you can take close up and far away without blurring. It sucks that camera quality is not the same if you use an app to take pictures but if you take it from phone camera it is amazing!!

I upgraded my phone from the iPhone 7 and took some getting used to without the Home button on the bottom of the screen. Like it a lot though because it's not bulky or too big to put into my clutch purse.

This is my first Apple phone. Currently using it now to write this review. I’ve always like the iPod touch and I figure let me step away from android for a little while and try Apple. Good quality nice features can’t complain.
