    Waste of $1000

    My husband bought this phone from the AT&T in BestBuy December 2017. He paid for it in full. He also purchased a UAG case and a Zagg screen protector that day too. It has been 13 months (just out of warranty) and the phone is now strobing on and off with a green screen. After googling this green strobing screen we found it is a common problem with the iPhone X. My husband drove over 50 miles to take it back to Best Buy to see if they could fix this glitch in the screen. He was told for $300 they could repair it. Decided maybe Apple would be able to help since this is some kind of problem with their hardware as this phone has always had a protective case and screen protector, has not has any damage from a drop nor has it ever had any water on it. The phone under the case looks brand new. Not one scratch. Apple informed us it will cost around $548 for them to fix. We paid $1000 for this phone less that a year and a half ago. It should last much longer than that! This is a defective phone that will glitch out shortly after the warranty expires. Best Buy and Apple do not care. Do not buy the new IPhones. They don’t last like the older models did. Apple should be replacing these glitchy phones at no extra cost to the customer since it is no fault of the customer.

    Poor experience with open box excellent certified

    It said open box excellent certified, looks like brand new, professionally cleaned. When I got my iphone x open box certified, I noticed glue kind of marks on the entire phone including back and front screen. It seems like the phone was heavily used and does not look like any near to new one. Someone had used a screen protector on it and it was removed before given to me. When I took it to return, the shop representative started cleaning in front of me. They also charged restocking fee as I retuned the phone the day I opened it. How someone will verify a product w/o opening it? According to them an excellent certified product can have minor scratch. Then what is the difference between fair which is almost 100 dollars less from excellent product? So please ask these questions before you buy it. I would not buy these products anymore and would suggest to verify well before you put approx 800 dollars on these products. Did not expect it from best buy.

    I bought an iphone X. When I received it, I was unable to set up its Face ID. I went to an Apple authorised service centre. They refused to repair it stating the product has been internally tampered. This is really bad service being provided by bestbuy. Now, I have a new iphone X, which is received from bestbuy in already damaged state.

    Too expensive for what you get

    The iPhone X is the latest and greatest when it comes to price. $900 minimum just for the phone. Then there is a $25 activation fee and a $50 case plus any additional accessories like a car charger. I walked out of the store short $1,250.00 The bells and whistles on this phone don't come close to justifying the price.

    Washed phone for few sec then blow drier with cold air for 2 min and phone DIED!!! Not honest company! Hope they will be more transparent. Also extremely hard to get an appointment for repair- earliest always 4 plus days away. Not easy be without phone
