    Needed an upgrade from my iPhone 6, but didn’t want to pay a fortune. Got a decent deal on the XR and made the switch. Took some time to get use to the larger size and not having a ‘home button’, but so far I really like it! It makes multitasking a lot easier and it’s obviously quicker than my iPhone 6

    I went to Best Buy to pickup my laptop and decided to look at the new iPhone. I have a lot of trouble seeing because of Sjogren's Syndrome. My iPhone was a smaller screen so I was having a lot of trouble seeing it. So I got the iPhone XL and I am loving it. I can see a lot better and it's an easy phone to use.

    Love the phone, does everything the XS does minus 3D Touch which is something I minimally used anyways. I honestly can’t tell the difference in the OLED screen on the XS and the LCD on an XR. Maybe if you are a serious videophile you could, but the price and features alone make this a much better buy.

    Got this phone as an upgrade from the iPhone 7. Overall I really like the phone, the low screen resolution isn't as noticeable as you'd think day to day, and its made up for the intense colors and brightness. It's the perfect size for watching videos, and the camera is pretty good.

    So it’s a great phone because I’ve had android longer than planned, and I hated it. But this phone is a little glitchy. Freezes a lot, apps kick me out. Battery doesn’t hold. But it’s apple and makes me happy. The layout is awesome, simple to use.

    I was going from a bare bones Tracfone of 6 years. So far, so good. The salesperson was great and helpful. I walked out of the store with a working phone. I am learning a lot. One suggestion- A booklet on the phone would help. I learn by reading stuff.

    The phone is nice. I switched from Android to Apple since these phones were on sale. They are nice but I don't like that you need special headphones for them or the adapter which was not included. The headphones only work when plugged in one way which is supposed to be a feature of the lightening plug.

    Pro - Great battery life. - Decent Camera. Cons - No home button, not a fan of facial recognition. - Facetime glitch when receiving a call. - Wondering if battery life dies after all payment made as agreed in 18 months.

    upgraded from 6s to the 10R. The promotion at the time was good. Agent in Best Buy was more than helpful. Phone is great given the upgrades and changes since last phone. The largest change is the home button... took a little (not a lot) to get used to. less than 1 day and it is business as usual

    I’ve had the phone for 1 month...loads quickly, battery lasts 2 days. Haven’t been able to FaceTime or iMessage due to a glitch in my account. Apple is currently trying to resolve this issue but the phone performs great on all other levels .

    Good phone with great battery life compared to my 5 yr. old Apple 5s. And Best Buy lease price better than Sprints. Could not activate, so had to go to Sprint. Best Buy charged me $30 activation fee as did Sprint. Not pleased with that.

    I got a new phone as my old one was pretty slow and getting old. I like this phone -takes nice pictures and has some features I need to learn yet. Wish it came with a user manual. It just takes me time to get up to speed. My granddaughter showed some things the other day.

    There is nothing wrong with the phone. It's a great phone, but change is hard for me so I miss some of the features from my last phone. I'm sure I'll get used to it and love it in the end - especially since I keep my phones for a long time.

    Upgraded my iPhone 7 to the XR. Biggest differences: 1) Camera quality is much better. Crisper images and great video quality. 2) Battery life is great so far. I don't need to plug in for a full day. I used to have to plug in at least once a day. Good buy thus far.

    Phone is really nice and colorful. Great camera for someone who cannot take nice and clear photos. The only problem I have is when I'm using the calculator, sometimes it does not type the number even after pressing on the number (not sure if the cause is if I'm typing it too fast)

    This phone was a gift for my daughter. Her first phone. It has more bells and whistles than she really needs, but it was part of a bogo deal at the time. Great phone. Reliable battery, which is great because she often forgets to plug it in to recharge.

    Phone is good but we were supposed to have 3 months of apply music free, we were not shown how to set up I have called numerous times, no one will help us, we have had the phone anoint now and still don’t have it. We are not happy with Best Buy

    I was nervous to upgrade my phone from the 6s because I did not want to lose Touch ID. When I finally did upgrade, I had no problem adjusting to the new Face ID and I don’t even miss the old features. Overall an excellent phone! The new blue color option is cute too!

    Had to get used to the no home button And swipe , the biggest issue is it is hard to hold on to it is so smooth it slips out of your hand and even slides off solid surfaces if not laying flat had it on a folded towel and it slid right off ,got a case for it to solve the problem
