This is the first iPhone I purchased that I didn't struggle with in some way shape of form. The transfer of all my "stuff" was seamless and the sales associate was amazing explaining all the differences with the new phones that had just come out!!! He gave me a quick schooling on how to use a phone without a HOME button, and helped me get all the basic stuff set up! Highly recommend the phone and getting it at Best Buy!! Oh...did I mention the camera is fantastic too!!

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus and can say this phone is so much faster in all aspects. The battery life is great as well.

Nice size, love the 'home" button on the bottom of the screen. Just have to touch to screen to wake up. Great battery life.

I upgraded from a 6 plus that was so good to me for years! Until recently the phone was getting stuck and was told by apple phone needed a lot of things replaced, might as well get a new phone for the $300 + going to cost to replace. So then the X came out and I saw it, small was too small and big was huge. So I held off and suffered with the freezing on the 6 plus. Once I saw the 10 XR out and saw the fabulous colors and the perfect size screen! I got it!!! Love the phone! Love the camera!

My family (4) was so happy when Verizon offered the Buy 1 get 1 promo this month. We upgraded to Iphone XR and we never regretted it. The phone is soo nice since it has bigger screen. We all got the black color. The only minor complain is that it is very shiny and slippery but we bought a case right away—problem solved! My girls loved their new iphone XR— so worth the upgrade from Iphone 6s.

Perfect size iPhone. Easy to transition from older model iPhone and the price was right for sure.
