I will always be buying my phones from Best Buy now even though there is a Verizon right across the street. The Best Buy sales team is informed and friendly and is willing to take the time to get me all set up. While this is not the newest phone out there, it is a big step up and is a nice upgrade from what I was using. Note there is no home button so you do have to get used to that.

The big switch from android to Apple was made easy with this Xr phone - so intuitive. Best Buy did a great job of moving all my info from my old phone for free and giving me tips about the new phone. Two weeks in and I’m loving my new phone, especially “Heh, Siri,” which is great for making hands free calls while driving to anyone in my contact list. Pictures great too.

Have to get use to no home screen button and swiping opposite of what I was use to. Camera is insane!

The phone does everything I want it to do and enough storage to store what I want. It's an easy operating system and love the fact that I can get there with a touch of a button instead of going looking through all my apps.
