Replaced an iPhone 7Plus. I like the larger screen on this one! Nice pictures, too!

I have owned an IPhone 6 since it came out, as my first ‘smartphone.’ I waited and watched as the phones evolved. After carefully reviewing the IPhone XR, I saw that there was finally a leap in size, capability, and technology to make an upgrade purchase. I am not disappointed. I love everything about this new phone. I’ll be still learning it’s capabilities for years to come.

Had a 7 Plus for over 2 years and upgraded to the XR. Love the new capabilities and more storage, better camera, etc. Facial recognition is better than I expected- it works! Love the color choices, especially the red. Phone is classy. Cheaper than the XS and I don’t miss the extras. Remember that Apple care contract adds to the overall price tag. Received this really fast and it’s pretty easy to activate. Passed my old phone to a family member, but if you trade in your old phone it helps reduce the price. I searched a while for a better deal but Apple products rarely go on sale, even on Black Friday and I didn’t want to enter into a contract, which saves only a tiny bit.

Don’t feel it’s an $$800 upgrade from iPhone 6 to XR. Just a bigger screen and face recognition. Doesnt Seem much faster processing. Satisfied with bigger screen and holding a charge all day

Actually the iPhone XR replaces my wife"s iPhone 4 - that I passed to her when I got my new iPhone a few years ago at BestBuy. So the purchase of the new iPhone XR was a major improvement! And this time she got a new (and Latest!) iPhone from BestBuy. Excellent set up, excellent training by our BestBuy Associate.

XR iPhone so far no problems. Best Buy customer service was helpful, friendly and very patient. I’ve never really had any problems with Best Buy purchases in the past.

I have a XS Max for personal use and bought this XR for business use. I’m not finding much difference between the two considering the XR is less expensive. I think the XR is a great value if you’re an Apple fan like me.
