No issues with it in a year but the phone is large with a case - as a man i do not like this phone in my pocket, it almost sticks out. I am excited for the iPhone 12 since it might be smaller. I refuse to pay $1000+ for the Pro phone, although they are sized right.

Great Phone but Bad Speaker

Within the first month it seems like my speaker on the bottom left has blown. I now only listen to stuff through the top speaker. When I turn up the volume it crackles the speaker so I had to turn it completely off and use the top only. The phone works fine... it’s fast, it’s efficient, and the clear screen is unbelievable. I really enjoy this phone if it wasn’t for the speaker issue. Hopefully that’s just a bad quality product and not an issue with every phone.

New Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife was hesitant to upgrade as she wasn't sold on the iPhone without a button on the bottom of the phone but she has had no issues with the transition. The new phone is easy to figure out even if you aren't a 'digital native' or just don't have the time to play around with it. So far my wife is happy with her new phone and we haven't seen any issues or concerns at this point.
