Great phone, I just deducted a star because the size. But I can deal with the size because I have the same processor and nearly the same camera as the XS for hundreds of dollars less.

I love my new iPhone XR. The reason it didn’t get a better rating is that it is just a little too big. The 6S was a perfect size. Battery life is much improved and it is really fast!

Great iPhone as always. A little bit of a learning curve as always. Only frustration was the the Best Buy phone staff was not very informed about the phone use and was unable to transfer my pictures from my old phone using the cloud or their equipment. Told me to go home and try doing it myself using my laptop. Will have to now go to the Verizon store.

I have used iPhone in the past but have been a Samsung user for over 5 years. Got tired of the slowness and quirky things with my Samsung. Decided to try this phone and I love it. Didn't take long to get used to no home button. My only complaint is the phone is heavier than my old S6 so with a long conversation my wrist is sore. Have to figure that piece out.

Worth cost, particularly if you have option for upgrade. Recent reductions in price due to new 11 release allow for those looking for higher end models without top level price to enjoy (near)top level product. Incredibly easy to set up especially if migrating Apple products.

I switched from an Android to this iPhone and it was much easier to learn than I expected! Also, I thought a couple of my apps were not working as they should, but with the switch discovered it was the phone! Not the apps! they work great on the iPhone! I also received more help than I expected from Best Buy at setting up the phone! Thanks!

I purchased two of these for both my daughters and Yes, they love them. These are an upgrade for them from the iPhone 8, and they liked this phone because of its smaller size. I will admit the color is sharp, and they said the color is beautiful. I can't tell you much about the specs, but they made my girls happy, so that makes me very happy!
