    Moved from the original Google Pixel to the XR. Love the size of the phone and clarity of the screen. Takes some getting used to if you're moving from Android, although I installed all my google apps onto it, and they are working well. Have had issues with accidentally flipping the silence lever -- odd placement. Also had issues with volume. Have to turn off bluetooth so it doesn't automatically connect to a bluetooth device when I don't want to do so; otherwise, any sound comes through the bluetooth device & not through the phone, so I miss calls, etc. But overall, am satisfied with the phone.

    I normally get the S versions of the iPhone, but I couldn’t justify the price of the XS. The XR seemed to be the phone of choice this time around for the every day user. So far I would agree. It still has the bells and whistles I like of an iPhone. The camera is more than adequate for my needs. I also love the color red so this was also a nice bonus.

    This is a very feature packed and compact pocket device. However, it is now dated because of the iPhone 11 release. You have to use the 'finger slide' to activate the phone's features and sometimes this takes 3-4 attempts.

    I upgraded from an iPhone 7; the improvements are many. The processing speed and increase in screen size are most significant for me. Wireless charging is great too. Best Buy’s experienced consultants were very helpful with the sale.
