I’ve been using this phone for weeks now and I love it. It’s fast and has a fantastic battery life. I can use it all day without worrying if I’ll have enough battery at the end of my 10 hour work day. My old iPhone 7 wasn’t cutting it anymore

It took a bit to get used to no home button, but I love the screen real estate. It has been a n easy transition from 6 to 10. Definitely like the red exterior and Apple don't some of the proceeds to AIDS Red Project. Why get any other color?

I got a new phone only altering suffering with a poorly functioning 6 for 4 months. But very happy with the Xr - slightly larger, no home button is great and easier to use. Though sometimes I snap a screenshot inadvertently - when you hold the phone a certain way you end up hitting both button. No worries.

There was nothing wrong with my iPhone 8Plus. However my sister broke her phone and was not eligible for an upgrade so I gave her my phone and I treated myself to the XR. I am very glad I did. The call sound quality is even better and so are the pictures. I am always impressed with apple products.

Upgraded from IPhone 6+. Although I may have a learning curve, it didn’t take long to learn the basics. I like the price point and color choices better than the more expensive models. Hopefully this will last as long as my working IPhone 6+.

This stands well above prior 6 and 6S models owned by us. Far nicer display and extremely intuitive gestures. Battery life is much improved. Having to scroll for the battery percentage is annoying, but perhaps a future software update will remedy it. Both experienced iPhone users and newbies like it.

I purchased this iPhone XR as a replacement for my zing iPhone 7 Plus. The size is great, and I e had no issues with the screen. I’m very happy with the responsiveness and have found battery life to be significantly better for me.

Decent Upgrade from an iPhone 6 without too much of a jump in ease of use and MUCH cheaper than the 11. I'm satisfied

It was time to upgrade my iPhone 6 Plus after close to 5 years of usage. I noticed that the 6 Plus was holding a charge for about a half of a day, and it was responding slowly. The XR is the best phone I’ve had and I’ve always had an iPhone. The battery is superb and can’t be beat.

I’ve only had it a week, but upgraded from a 6S so anything is better than that! I have noticed it runs faster and has better reception especially up north. It was very easy to transition to not having a home button.

It's a great step up from the previous model. The camera is incredible. It has so many new features. 100 percent satisfied.

I reluctantly upgraded to this phone. I love it! I thought I would miss the home button, but I don't. It is annoying to have to use the headphone adapter so I can use the headphones / ear buds that I already own. I was disappointed in the blue - it's too baby blue for me. I prefer the metallic blue that is around the edges of the phone.

I recently upgraded from a iPhone 7 to the iPhone XR and I am not disappointed at all. I was nervous to switch with no home button, but within 1 day I was use to it and I don’t miss that button. The Face ID is pretty neat too.

I love the phone, the storage space and the processor but I do wish I would of went with the XS max because I want a better camera!

I had an iPhone 6 which developed very poor battery performance. I had the carrier handset insurance and had it replaced twice. No better results. I upgraded to the XR and can’t believe how much better the phone is. Best Buy purchase assistance was great. Made for a very good experience.

Just replaced my husband's Samsung with this Apple phone. He did not want to make the change however his company prefers Apple. It's easy to use. Transition to Apple was a piece of cake (and my husband is not into electronics).

I traded in my iPhone 7 plus for the XR. Best Buy made it seamless! They moved all of my data to the new phone and even synced my old apple watch to the new phone. The only thing I am having trouble with getting used to is the screen shot in absence of the home button. But I love face ID!

I am a dinosaur. I loved my Droid! However, everyone around me went i, so to stay compatible I followed along. Great camera. I found the CONTACTS data entry a bit cumbersome and temperamental and the screen is very sensitive to my big, clumsy fingers. I would have preferred a much larger Keypad and it does not always seem to want to move 90 degrees - but so goes technology. All and all, I am happy AND have the added benefit of being able to ask those around me for help and suggestions!

Had this phone for 3 years, really great for the value
