While all phones are expensive these days, this is the price point phone if you don’t want to hand over your bank account for the XS Max. My son opted for this one and doesn’t even see much difference, plus he saved some cash.

I've had this phone for a couple weeks. I was dreading learning a new phone but there really was little I had to learn.. With the facial Id I seldom have to enter a passcode. It certainly holds a charge a lot longer than my old phone too

Our 13yo daughter had been begging for iPhone X, but I didn’t think she needed it (even though she did need an upgrade from her 6s). This was the perfect option! She thinks she has an X, but we saved a little money, plus got a fun color!

The iPhone XR is very nice. Perfect if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the XS or Plus. We got it for our daughter as her first phone. She is 11 and absolutely loves it. She already knows how to use all the features.

This is only my 2nd iPhone. I miss the home button but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The phone is too big for my hands but I wasn’t going to spend $300 more on the XS just for the size. I can’t do anything on it with only one hand. The camera is nicer than my last phone but that was about 5 years older. My last phone was free with a new contract so it’s a bit disappointing to pay $800 for a new phone.

So far so good. Switched from android to iOS. Still haven’t figured out how to transfer my photos and files from android to iPhone but that isn’t a major concern for me. I like the easy of setting up family sharing for my kiddos.

I upgraded from the iPhone 6s and had been waiting for a phone that was both reasonably priced and provided all the upgrades I wanted. I LOVE THIS PHONE. Getting used to not having a home button was tricky but I am now used to swiping.

Like Face ID. Still adjusting to the different features/swiping. Holds battery charge well.

Great battery ! Like the new method of charging battery. The display is fine, and I like the display. Am glad that I started with an I phone-instead of an Android.

I had an iPhone 6 with only 16 gigs. I was always having to erase pictures to be able to take more. One of my favorite things about this phone, is that it comes with 64 gigs! No more having to decide which pictures to keep. LOVE it!

It took me a while to get used to no button, but now I am OK. It has a lot of apps already installed that my old one did not, like flashlight. It takes good pictures and video, but the video doesn't open wide enough.

Love the XR full screen. Much bigger than my old 6. Speed and battery life seem better also

I bought it after doing some research and because my iPhone 7 was dying on me. It’s pretty similar to the iphone X, but it’s at a lower price because some features are missing. Still, I love this phone and its price tag

So far out of all the iPhones I have gotten I like this one the best. It took a little bit to get used to no home button. Like the face recognition better to open the phone.

Love this phone! I had an iPhone 6 that was losing charge and was very annoying. You all had a special buy one get one free and it worked out great for me! It’s an awesome phone

Quite a upgrade from my old phone. Easy to use and utilizing all the gadgets in this phone more and more each day. Just wish a headphone jack was available. Alas, buying new Bluetooth headphones was the answer

Finally upgraded an iPhone 6s. Glad I waited. Great camera and lots of cool new features

the iphone that i had ordered and received was defective but best buy worked to fix everything for without hesitation. this iphone is great for using the camera. everything else works great too! overall great phone!

My senior Mom has been using an iPhone for years and we decided to surprise her with a new phone for Christmas. Can't wait to give it to her! She will especially like the larger screen with the bulk and weight of a bigger phone.
