After a lifetime of Android phones I’ve successfully made the switch to the dreaded IPhone. The visit to a new era Best Buy during Phase 3 In Virginia the process was frustrating to say the least. I am still on the fence in learning IPhone and miss my Android at times. Patience is a Virtue!

Great phone, faster and better quality than the 6s I upgraded from. Can’t notice a difference from the Xs and this one is cheaper.

Available help from apple has me learning the first stages on how to use this phone. I'm a customer of Verizon and they stated that they had a transition tech support to help new users adapt to a smart cell phone. They suck!! Trying to establish a user ID and password for Apple ID, it failed twice. Then their tech support stated that they were connecting me to Apple support, and I was disconnected! If I had known how inadequate Verizon's tech support was, I would have purchased this phone, with a different carrier! Don't count on Verizon's transitional support to a smart phone. I suggest choose another carrier! Bob

Love my new phone, so quick and easy sharing to other IPhones. I can face time my kids with their IPhones. It has so much on the phone that I don't even know about

This phone is an upgrade from a Note 3...big difference...once you get pass the no ‘home’ button on the phone it is very easy to navigate around on it..processor is VERY fast

I have wanted an IPHONE forever but was hesitant because of battery life issues. Well this phone still has 60% battery charge at the end of the day! So happy with this phone!

We got this phone for our daughter’s birthday and she has enjoyed it. The phone is a great size and is a big improvement from her iPhone 6!

Very happy with the new iPhone XR. Does everything I need and want it to and soooo much more. iPhone just keeps getting better and better. Love the new features like Face ID.

It's only been a couple of weeks but so far so good. It has the perfect fit for me, I am 6'2". The screen is clean and crisp.

I had a smaller iPhone before this and I now actually watch video on my phone. Battery life is pretty good considering how much I use it.

Had the iPhone 7+ and was due for an upgrade. Nice feel in the hand. bigger screen, smaller bevel. Didn’t take much time to get used to having no button. Animojis are fun.

It took a minute to get used to there being no button, but now I definitely prefer it and love the large screen. The only thing I’m not impressed with is the camera- it actually seems worse than my iPhone 7. Overall, though, if you’re not looking to spend over 1000 on the fanciest version of the iPhone, it’s not too shabby.

Pretty much the same specs as the more expensive iPhones (1gb less ram and no retina display) but wonderfully fast and beautiful phone none the less. 200 bucks cheaper too!

The best iPhone I have ever had. I know it isn't top of the line, but it is more affordable and I don't know anybody who really needs anything better.

I like the larger screen but do miss the home button.

Gift upgrade to model 6s. So far feedback is very positive. Photos are very nice compared to 6s BB purchase was so easy. Activation at home on Christmas was a snap.

I absolutely love this phone. Took me about 30mins to get used to the swipe instead of the button but it’s so much easier.

Got this phone to upgrade my iPhone 7 that stopped working. Phone is easy to use. It is different from the iPhone 7 but it’s ea to get use to not having a home button.
