It was super busy when I showed up and within minutes I was helped out I knew what I wanted to that made it easy and the worker was polite professional personable with me. He showed me the phone the plans and even set it up for me. He was quick and kind with me as I didn’t know how to find my account number he helped me out with that. Overall great service A+ from me I can say that I like my IPhone after being anti forever

I love this color! It’s shines like a brand new car! The iPhone XR is a great phone... the best phone you can buy along side of the XS and XS Max.

Purchased for my son for Christmas. Upgrade to a 5SE. Face ID is nice concept but had some problems after initial setup with recognition and trying to reset. Takes some time to get used to no home button and locations of different functions vs the older models. All together a nice upgrade.

It's bigger than the iPhone 6 that I had but smaller than the Plus. Love the extra storage. Nice camera features. Can charge on wireless charger.

This is a great phone, but appears a little less solid than earlier versions of the iPhone. The clarity of the photos is excellent.

No complaints about this phone at all. What I love the most is the camera! My pictures come out looking as if a photographer took them!

There are things I love about this iPhone and things I really don’t. I miss my Samsung phone’s app drawer and the way I can put app icons exactly where I want them. That said, it’s connectivity with the AirPods and Apple Watch are great, Siri is awesome, and I love the Face ID.

As with all Apple products, this phone is a good one. Easy screen without being too large. I’m still learning all the camera features.

Love my IPhone HR! It’s awesome!! I went back and forth from the HR and the HS max but decided on the HR because of price. It’s a fantastic phone.

Doesn't have to be the latest to be the greatest! Sound Quality, camera features, battery life are wonderful.

only thing i miss is the 3d touch in some areas, but the haptic touch makes up for it, but not available in all spots where 3d was enabled.

This has been a big adjustment for me because I was using the 5 until this one. I am still getting used to the size and I am not sure I am happy with Apples direction on this one. It’s a great product and great on battery. My battery lasts me all day, which is nice. I use the phone a lot.

It’s the best iPhone out. Not too big not too small. All of the colors are beautiful & you adjust quickly to not having a home button.

This is awesome phone, a bang for the buck. No issues. Great photos, the screen is good, the audio is good and no technical problems

This phone is my EVERYTHING! It does so much! I love the larger size! But of course my ten year old Grandson showed me a few things as well!

Got this iPhone XR for my son he is very happy with it loves the features and quality of pictures videos his also happy with the size of the phone

I bought this phone for my middle schooler. She absolutely loves it. The color is beautiful. It is easy for her to use and play games with.

This was fior my daughter. She loves it. Easy to upgrade. Had it up and running with all apps and files transferred in 30 minutes.

Transition from Android to Apple is a little daunting, but appears to be going ok. Battery life is great so far. Wish it had an easier interface to ringtones from old phone. Music and contacts and pics came across just fine.

Everything from the camera to the overall feel and functionality is good. To me there's not a big difference between this phone and the XS series.
