If it is made by Apple for an Apple product then it just works seamlessly. I had a similar battery pack from an online retailer that just did not work the best. The only downside to an Apple product is the price, but, you get whay you pay for.

Worth it definitely a great case and charger in one

So, this was purchase for my son. I actually thought it was a waster of money initially. BUT.....I had to fly to Texas and I asked him to use it. A true life savior. This item really charged my phone just by this case being on the phone. I didn't have to be bothered with charging cables. So cool!

My son wanted this for Christmas. He loves it. He says that it works well and does what it is supposed to. Of course, a little on the pricey side, but what Apple product isn't?? LOL Happy with the purchase!

I’m in high school and I like to use my phone a lot so my battery does go down pretty fast before the day ends with this charging Apple smart battery case I don’t have a charge my phone for the whole day even if I’m on it a lot I recommend this device

this is the 3rd apple charging case I have purchased - this time for my son, and it is great just like the others. sturdy and protects phone while offering a full second charge. and because it is made by apple you don’t have to worry about it damaging your phone or battery. it’s the only case i would ever consider for an iphone

Charge fast and last forever I’m very happy with it

I really like these extended battery cases and have purchased for my last three iPhones. It does add a little bulk to your pocket, but rarely do I go thru the day where I even use the battery cases levels and even get into the juice of the phone.

Never worry about charging again, as this turns on to charge without you having to do anything. Best case with a built-in-battery, period. Raised bezel to protect screen, better look and feel than any other competitions, and works seamlessly with  because it is apple!

Extends battery life more than you’d expect I use my phone all the time and forget to charge it at night and this makes it a life saver and grips in my pocket so don’t have to worry about it falling between my seats in the car

This adds new life to the iPhone XR. The capacity of the battery is such that you get a full charge out of the case. It’s almost like replacing the phone battery. If you have an XR add this to extend its life.

Love this battery case and it works with the original apple cord and compatible with Apple car play and all other Apple equipment. Love that I do not have to take it out of the case in order to use the previous mentioned. Wireless or wired charging

This Apple smart extended battery case is a very worthwhile purchase. It provides for so much more extended time, and great for people who travel long distances and can't charge their phone during travel time.

I love this case so much because I would 14+ hour days sometimes and I need my phone with me. Whenever my phone gets to 20% I just put it in the case and go about my day. I would usually come home and my phone would be close to dying. Not anymore

Great edition to the iPhone XR additional battery life while not adding a ton of weight. The cost of the case is high but doubling your battery life is priceless oh and the texture of the case is silky smooth to the hand !

Not only does this case charge your phone it provides adequate protection from drops, Feels comfortable in your hands and has a sleek design making it able to fit in your pocket. I’ve had it for about a month and have had zero issues with this product.
