Phone is very fast and huge storage for a good price as compared to new iphone models. I do like that it is not to big. New IOS 14.2 is great, it takes me back to my android where I can customize the home screen and apps although it is still limited. But better than nothing. Battery life is a plus, it lasts me full 2 days without charging. Only 4 stars because I am still learning to work the NO-HOME button. Otherwise it is a great phone.

I upgraded to this phone after having the iPhone 6s for about 3 years. I was very hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure if I could get used to not having a home button. As soon as I brought the phone home, I adapted to it so quick. The face recognition is an awesome feature and makes signing into most accounts way easier than using the finger print, especially when it comes to making purchases on iTunes. I also love the fact that I can charge my phone at night and it lasts me all day without having to plug it in again. This phone was definitely worth the money.

incredible upgrade from my old IPhone 6+ that I have been using for the past several years. It was finally time to break down and get a new phone although i didn't want a new payment, but Best Buy had the phone on sale unlike other retail stores. This phone has an incredible screen with stunning visuals. The processor upgrade that I experienced from my 6+ to this are incomparable with too many upgrades to even mention. The built in RAM is super fast, albeit you pay for that upgrade. perfect size for those not wanting a two-handed phone, that you can easily fit into your pocket.

I love the size of this phone. Easy to read the screen. Camera is solid and picture quality is terrific. My only complaint is the lack of a phone jack. Now I need to purchase an adaptor to use my preferred wired headphones but this is a minor issue. The speed of this phone is amazing and the speaker seems much better too.

This phone is a great upgrade from my older 6. Fast speed, more GB, good size, awesome photos. Only negative for me is the cost (of all phones) is pretty steep.

Stretched to get the newest iPhone after using the 6S for several years. So far I’m very pleased. The larger full screen is a nice feature. The phone was easy to set up and there are few changes in how to use the phone which made the switch easy. The facial recognition for security works very well. I was concerned that would be a pain but I’m having no issues with it. I was also reluctant about giving up the home button but I’ve gotten used not having one very quickly. Swiping up returns you to home screen just about as easily as the home button did on older models.

This I phone xs is the best update I have made, it is very fast, it is very easy to see, it is very user friendly, it has a great camera and takes really good pictures.The phone is a little bit on the heavy side but it will still carry comfortable inside my jeans or pockets .It is very pricey too

I’ve had nothing but iPhones since giving up the old flip phone. It was a 4 which I got a good deal on through Verizon. I’ve stuck with both ever since and have been happy with them. The phones keep getting better (pricier but better) as I went through the 5s, 6s and now Xs. I love the facial recognition and how much better the camera is. Also got the 256 and as my old battery was weakening too, this thing is fast and I only recharge every 2 to 3 days. Also love the cordless recharging. If you live on Facebook you’ll have to charge daily.

I've have a iPhone 7+ and have loved it. I really like how the viewing screen is the same size as my 7+ but smaller overall. The change in buttons took a bit to get dialed in but no issues and I'm looking forward to getting the flat style charger for it and the 256 GB of memory should last a long time b/f filling up - I had 128 GB on the 7+ and had plenty left. The camera is as good as the 7+ and I couldn't justify the additional costs of going with the 11 PRO.

I should have never left Apple for Samsung. After years of Android, the whole Note and S Pen thing really looses it's allure and is more of a novelty. I was quickly reminded how well Apple streamlines all the aspects of the phone, apps, contacts, settings, email, etc. I can go on. The battery life is great. I left the house at 4am yesterday, came back at 6pm, still had 36% left. The glass backing feels sturdy, and the processor is really fast, especially noticeable on my Arlo app, which lagged on my Note 8.

After much reviewing and researching, I decided to upgrade to the iPhone XS. The upgraded camera was a big factor. I prefer a smaller phone, so chose the XS vs. the Max. So far, this has been a great experience. Staff at my nearest Best Buy went above and beyond to set up and transfer all of my data and apps - I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. Well, unless it had been cheaper! It's quite an investment these days.

I upgraded to the iPhone XS from the iPhone5. I waited several years to upgrade and I’m glad I finally did. I had no idea what I was missing out on! This phone is a little pricey it is worth it. Verizon lets you make monthly payments over a 2 year period. This phone is fast and beautiful. Big screen but not too big. Lots of great features and apps included. The camera is amazing! Really enjoying my new phone so far!

This is by far the best iPhone that I've owned. It's facial recognition has exceeded my expectations and the phone is a lot quicker in responding and with loading apps. I really enjoy having the same size screen as the iPhone 7 +, in a smaller form factor.

Great phone and has more features than I use. The phone is larger than an iPhone 6,7, or 8, so keep that in mind when buying. The screen is bright and works well. The phone is very responsive to touch and chip is fast. There is more than enough memory for most users and the camera is certainly upgraded.

Oh yes android users will say that I’ve been drinking Apple’s kool aid too long and they may be right, but they are drinking their own brand so what’s the diff? Anyway it probably falls into the ‘what you’re used to’ / ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ categories so I’ve been using Apple since before they almost went under in the late 90’s and it was Microsoft rules at the time, so android has replaced them in the phone market... so I do generally love their stuff. Anyway, it’s a great iPhone. If you love iPhones and can stomach the price tag (hello $150 off special plus 18 months no interest and business expense write off!) you’ll probably love it. I came from the iPhone 7. Love the bigger nicer screen and better camera all in about the same size (slightly bigger). Sure, it’s not for everybody and if the Xr had a deeper blue color same camera and max storage avaliboe I would’ve probably gotten it, but it’s your thing so what you wanna do... as for the price, I guess miniaturization always came at a heftier price tag so since this is basically a hand held computer not just a phone it makes some sense why they are so $$$$$$$$$$$

Yes, I apparently bought the iPhone that nobody didn’t want, the iPhone XS,(Now discontinued) but I really think this is the perfect phone for me. It’s got 3 gigs of RAM so everything just runs extra smooth and silky, the AMOLED screen is a welcome plus for my aging eyes, iOS 13 runs beautifully on this iPhone, also, the XS still has 3D Touch, which Apple has now done away with. Fit and finish is top notch as expected from Apple. This phone has a smaller screen then the iPhone 10R, 5.8 vs. 6.1, but the XS’s screen has more vibrant colors and it’s just easier on the eyes to me, compared to the 10R’s screen. Also with a 256 Gig storage capacity, there plenty of room for my stuff. If you are looking for a premium quality phone with excellent build quality and in a smaller package with a powerful processor that will last you several years, the iPhone XS is definitely worth a look before they are all gone.

This is a great upgrade from my old iPhone. Love the battery length along with the screen. Still learning to get used to not having a home button but the Face ID is convient for unlocking various apps. Overall this is a great new phone and I’m enjoying learning all it can do.

Although I shoot with a DSRL camera, many iPhone XS shots are comparable, especially on an overcast day, landscapes. But it’s the speed between apps and processing that amazes me about Apple. And ease of use helps me get through complicated transactions.

Same screen size and smaller phone. I was used to the iphone7s plus screen size but the phone was too big. It was too big for my pocket. This phone solved that problem. The face recognition is a nice feature and camera quality is excellent.

It takes a little while to get used to not having a home button, but overall we are very happy with the phone. The battery lasts a lot longer than our previous iPhone 6. The camera is great! Facial recognition is also a handy feature.
