Since the screen size on the XS is comparable to the "plus" sized iPhones I decided to go with it, and have a smaller phone again. It took a few days to get used to the feel in my hands, but I really like it. It takes great photos!

Love this iPhone. So far very easy to use and the picture qualities are great. Most especially like the portrait feature when taking photos, the quality is insane. . Thought I would miss the home button, but so far no problems.

I went from a 6s to this phone. I can’t believe how great the camera is. This phone is one of the best out right now! Easy to use, looks great, and big screen. I only wish they kept the headphone jack. I had to buy an addaptor.

I’ve always been an Android guy, but decided to try the iPhone based on reviews and the fact that the rest of my family has iPhones. While I miss the customizability of Android, I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy the transition has been. I thought I would miss the customizability of Android but it was more than made up for by how smooth and easy to use this is. So far, battery life is very good. My only major complaint is that it did not come with a fast charger in the box, a really cheap move by Apple for a $1000+ phone. Also, have been plagued intermittently by the slow LTE connectivity issues other people have reported. Hopefully a software update will fix this.

Upgrading from an 8 plus. Side by side camera shots show that the xs look so much better. The actual screen estate is bigger on the xs even though the entire phone itself is smaller

Big screen, no edges or boarder around the iPhone, and no button to push , just wipe everything away , really different!! I got a XS iPhone and love it !! Went to it from SE iPhone!! Change is good !! Get u one !!

Nothing about this is extra small. The perfect size. Easily transfered to no-home-button. Zippy & fun, the camera features are worth the upgrade. Bought the 256 rather than paying monthly for the iCloud upgrade.

It's an iPhone. It's going to have amazing build quality, an amazing screen, Apple quality iOS, tons of features and a top quality camera. It's amazing! It is almost identical to the iPhone X of 2017, but there are a few very subtle differences. The main difference in this years model, the XS has the new A12 processor that does some insane processing that is basically what a desktop computer could do a few years back (and then some)... but this is in a phone. Pretty crazy! These phones are also pretty expensive. If this phone wasn't going to be covered by my job, I wouldn't have gotten one. I'd rather spend my money on a full size laptop. But it is what it is. An Apple product. So... good job Apple.

I really enjoy the Xs. Upgraded from a 7 so somewhat of a big leap tech-wise. FaceID is great. Takes a little while to get used to the lack of a home button, but in the end the additional screen is fantastic.

I bought this phone to replace an iPhone 6plus, and I'm happy so far with the upgrade. I thought I'd miss the headphone jack and the home button, but the features on this phone more than make up for them.

I updated from an iPhone 7plus to the iPhone Xs. The facial recognition is great - very fast!! This phone is an amazing upgrade from the 7plus! Great camera!! If you are ready to upgrade, this is the phone!!!

I waited a long time to buy this phone and finally got tired of always running out of space on my old phone. The XS has not disappointed. I love the camera, especially the dual lens feature.

Took me a long time to upgrade my iPhone and now I’m glad I did. It’s a little hard to get use to closing out the apps, but the camera in it is phenomenal and I love the face recognition.

I upgraded my iPhone 6 plus to the XS this year and I am very pleased with the performance. The battery life is much longer, the screen is brighter and the facial recognition is convenient.

I had a difficult time adjusting to not having a home button initially (coming from having the iPhone 7), but I love the facial recognition. Camera quality and screen clarity is A+.

Haven’t used all the features on this phone yet but it seems to process quicker than old phone. Battery life has been better than old phone. I’ve only charged it 3 times in the past week.

Apple did it again! The Xs is a nice upgrade from my iPhone 7. Screen is big enough that I didn’t need to get the Xs plus, live the portrait picture filter. Camera overall is very nice.

Previous phone was a 6S so loving that the XS is so much faster! The only thing I don’t like is face recognition. The thumbprint worked so much better. Face recognition is about 50% at best. I’ve deleted and added my face multiple times but nothing seems to improve its efficacy. I’ve had to change my passwords on bank and credit cards multiple times due to too many attempts to sign on - super frustrating!! I wish they would bring back the thumbprint !

There are so many cool features to this phone! The camera is outstanding and takes beautiful pictures! The facial recognition is so convenient and picks up at almost any angle.
