I like the new phone with the bigger screen and no button. It’s actually easy to navigate and the camera with the live feature is great.

Love this iPhone, the cameras are great for pictures. I would not use any other brand besides Apple products

As always, Apple produces a great product. Easy to use. Appreciate the long battery life. The one downside, as always, is the cost.

I like new phone although had to learn how to use and open it It has some nice features like facial recognition and neat camera options

Overall the phone is very good. Quite the leap from iPhone 6 Plus that I used for over 3 years. Faster processing for apps, better camera and ease of use are great. Reason for the 4 star rating is due to rapid decline in battery life compared to my older iPhone. Even though I have followed every recommendation such as turning off background refresh and every other trick I found on Apple websites. Find that it “burns” through battery life a lot quicker for same amount of useage as the iPhone 6 Plus. Not so sure the upgrade was needed and feel I could have got by another year on that iPhone 6 Plus. If you really need an upgrade and have the money the phone is a great upgrade. May want to consider upgrade to the XS Max for better battery life.

The camera on this phone is perfect for my daughter and her selfie habit! I would highly recommend this phone. All the features are amazing!

Absolutely love it. Especially the face recognition!!!! I love that I can use the face recognition, even on apps like the banking!!

Bought this for my wife to upgrade her iPhone 7 that had started malfunctioning. The phone is slightly heavier but overall a huge upgrade!

Apple always adds great features with every IPhone. The facial recognition makes unlocking my phone and opening secure apps to easy.

I went from an iPhone 8 to the iPhone XS and the ease of switching was amazing and even without a home “button” it was easy to get used to.

This is a great upgrade from the 6s that I owned previously. I though I would miss the home button, but I enjoy all the new features.

Love the size, went from a 6s Plus to the XS and even though it’s not the XS Max I like the feel of the phone when holding in one hand.

Bought this phone for my son for his 18th birthday. Like most teenagers, he has been an iPhone fan and loved it! For me (long time Samsung Galaxy user), I did not see the value for the very high price tag ($1,250). Phone is very similar to previous versions in most aspects

At first I was not that happy for the upgrade due to me loosing my home button but 3 days later I was already comfortable with the new way.

This is my first iPhone. I have found it very easy to use. The battery lasts all day with a lot of battery left. I really like the phone.

I've only had this iPhone XS for about a week now, but I like it much better than the iPjone 7 that I previously used. It was easy to set up, but I did have to download the updates to my iTunes software before it would sync properly. Once I installed the update, it synced fine though.

In love the upgrades that Apple made to the IPhone, especially the camera...its fantastic! The screen awesome, I absolutely love this phone.
