I absolutely love this phone! If you love iPhone this is the way to go. It’s a perfect size and clarity is outstanding!

This upgrade to my iPhone 7 has been a great one albeit expensive but worth it. Has enough memory to shoot family videos.

I am new to the IPhones but I’m sold. The only thing different I would have done is get the Max for a little bigger screen.

I hate hate hate changing phones, so when I upgrade, I get the latest one available so I won’t have to do it again any time soon. I haven’t figured out how to best use the camera yet, not obvious how to use all the great features. I bought this at Best Buy rather than the apple store or thru my carrier because I could use my Best Buy credit card for 5% off, which is more than I could get anywhere else. 5% is better than nothing, especially when you’re spending upwards of $1G.

Accidentally broke my phone right before work shift at hospital so had less than two hours to get something figured out. With a Friends help, Was able to very easily purchase new phone online through Best Buy, pick up phone in the store within 30 minutes and had it activated and set up on my plan not long after that. Very quick and efficient and easy.

Love it - super intuitive and fast. Was on the fence about getting the max size but the xs is perfect for those on the go.

Bought this phone for my fiancé and it’s awesome. Lasted about two years and still going strong

Everything works well until you try to turn it off. Without the home button, you have to holld the side button down and then try to scroll up on the home scree! Good luck! I have battled with SIRI all evening! I gave up and am going to let it turn itself off!

Phone is excellent for pictures, tons of options and extras that some of the other iPhones don’t have. User friendly

I had an iPhone 7 before this model. I’ve doubled my storage and more quickly beer able to login to various apps.

Great phone. I needed an upgrade from my 5c. Especially like the facial recognition feature.

This is my first iPhone and I love it. The features are great and the battery life so much better than my old android.

I previously had IPhone6 and was a bit concerned in upgrading to a no home button phone but it was an easy transition!!

I was torn at first between the Iphone XS and XR as the XR is much cheaper. However, what sold me on spending the extra money was the Super Retina OLED display that is much sharper and displays better colors then the Liquid Retina LCD panel on the XR. The real reason I spent the extra money was for the 2X optical zoom camera lens on the XS. All of my photos taken on my old Iphone always seemed so far away. The 2X optical zoom really makes a difference.

I love my new iPhone! Got to replace my iPhone 7 and it’s my favorite one yet. Photo quality is outstanding!

Went from the 7 to the XS. There is a huge difference in camera and screen quality. Don’t know if there is much of a difference from the X. Apple was smart is releasing the xr also. From what I have seen the XR is up to the same quality with better price.

Great phone. Lots of memory and just the right size — not too big and not too small.

Much better than my iPhone 6s. The battery lasts much longer and I received from Best Buy much quicker than estimated.
