I have used iPhone 5s and 6. This new Xs is simply amazing. I wanted a larger screen , but not a lager phone. This one is perfect. The entire front is screen, but it’s the same size as my 6. The new iOS 12 is an outstanding operating system as well. The new cameras on this phone are light years ahead of the competition. I love the convinience of Apple tech keeping my iPads and iMac computers up to date. I highly recommend this new phone. The price is well worth it.

I had a x but xs is hands down better. Battery , camera, speed it’s all just improved. I was reluctant because I had a x but Apple has done it again! They made great item better!

Picked up this phone when my iPhone X broke. It's a fine upgrade. The screen is clearer & battery life lasts longer. Faster, too, as all new generations of iPhones tend to be. I've read some complaints about the facial recognition. I haven't had that problem yet. It's actually faster than the X. With that said, this phone isn't one I'd run out to the store for. The improvements are marginal.

There will be a better one next year but as of now this is the top of the line, best iPhone money can buy. Face ID is reliable, the phone is extremely fast, and the extra screen space instead of the home button is awesome!

How can you not like it? It’s expensive, and yes, you can get many of the same features in more affordable models, but it is the best: Screen size, speed, camera...

Made the switch from a 7 plus and I'm not disappointed. Its much easier to use/hold and with the added screen from the lack of a home button you wont miss it. Face ID is great. I was on the fence but I'll never look back.

I don't know why anybody would buy a 64G version of this phone. The one I have is 256g big and I have a ton of music and photos on it with room for lots more. Great product, great camera, and great battery life.

I love the big screen - quickly got used to not having a home button & love, love the camera upgrade from my prior Iphone 6s. Battery life is also great - back to charging every other day.

This upgrade was one of the easiest to adapt to. I love the larger screen, but it's size is the same. The screen is clear & the camera is great. Also the face recognition works great.

It was time to upgrade my iPhone 5 and very happy I waited. Love the screen size and camera quality. Took a while to get used to not having home button but eventually you do.

I updated to this phone recently. It is has many advantages over my previous IPhone: faster internet, much better photos, slightly larger screen, easier to use. I love it!

Apple phones are reviewed everywhere. I upgraded from 6+. Likes - face recognition is amazingly effective, fast processor, nice display. Biggest problem - expensive.

I was using the iPhone 8 and the XS is definitely an upgrade! The larger screen makes a big difference and the OLED screen is much brighter and sharper than the 8's screen. I was skeptical about FaceID but it has worked flawlessly so far and is very quick to unlock. I haven't played around with the camera portrait features yet, but the few photos I have taken are excellent quality. Overall I'm very happy with the XS. The price is steep, but the product is excellent and worth it.

With so many different models out there it's hard to find the perfect fit, but the XS has definitely made my life better. It's faster, sleeker, and easier to use. Face ID is great and makes logging in to apps so much faster and easier. It's lightweight but the screen size still packs a punch. Battery life has waned a little over the last year and a half, but over all I am as happy with it now as I was when I bought it.

Xs better in every way except price. Great battery life, love the facial recognition, operating system better without the home button. Camera very good

Wow! What a screen!!! Love this iPhone. Fast response loading apps. Screen is very easy to type. Great upgrade from my iPhone 6s.

I was in desperate need of a new phone, due to the fact that my battery on my IPhone 6 was dropping from 100% to 35% the minute I started using anything on it. I was thinking of switching to another manufacturer but I like Apple products. I found the XS was constructed of a harder metal, improved photography with dual lenses and a better battery. I am pleased with my upgraded purchase and was happy to stay with a product I like.

This is my first IPhone. It is nothing short of amazing, especially when comparing it to all of the android phones I’ve had. I am a bit of a tech guy and take time to research how something works prior to evaluating it. I can say that the camera on this phone is truly exceptional in good lighting. I took sample photos with a semi professional DSLR and compared the photos to the iphones. I then sampled people to see which photo they thought was from a phone. Every person got it wrong and thought the phone pictures were from my DSLR. Keep in mind that there are limitations and when blowing up a photo to poster size it’ll be clear which is from a semi pro camera. Let’s be honest though, the majority of photos will never leave the phone or will be used for social media in which case you cannot tell the difference. In low light the phone still takes really great photos but its still limited by the small sensor and won’t compete with a larger camera sensor. Video recorded with the phone is 4K and when using 30fps it also records hdr. It’s amazing how well the video is able to resolve detail in the shadows and highlights without losing detail. The video is also well stabilized with little to no shake when walking. The performance of the phone when in use is super smooth. There are no delays when switching apps and everything opens quickly. I’ve had 20 apps open at once and it never slowed down. There’s no waiting when opening an app or trying to use the camera either which is great. No missed shots. The battery lasts all day with normal use. I will end the day with about 15 percent battery left and I use my phone a lot. Like all day. Wireless charging works perfectly with my Samsung wireless charger. The phone has some nice weight to it that makes it feel really high quality. It is slippery though so a case might be needed. Face I.D. works quickly and often my phone is unlocked before I look at the screen. It does need to be aimed almost directly in front of you to work though. It does work in all lighting conditions. The phone is super stable with none of the buggy and laggy operation I had with Android. I’ll be sticking with apple for quite a while. I know this phone is expensive but find it to be very worth it.

I recently upgraded my phone from an iPhone 6s Plus, that I have had for 4 years, to an iPhone XS. Even though the 6s Plus still works fine, it is the oldest model of iPhone that works with the Apple iWatch, which I also own and wear every day. I was afraid that in a short period of time my 6s Plus phone would not work with my watch and I didn't want the iPhone 11 or whatever the next iPhone will be, so I ordered the iPhone XS. It is a bit difficult to get used to swiping everything and not having a HOME button. I love the fact that the XS is smaller in overall size and yet the screen is larger than my 6S Plus. This was a huge price increase from what I paid for my 6s Plus, and I am not convinced that a phone is worth this much money! I still have things to learn about the phone, but overall I like it fine so far, and plan to keep it for quite a long time.

This, by far, is the best iPhone I have ever owned. Extremely fast, beautiful on-screen color, awesome quality photos, fast face recognition.
