Upgraded from the 8Plus and definitely happy w the X Max. Face ID makes unlocking phone really easy. Little features like when you get a phone call and it recognizes that looked at the screen lowers the volume of the ringer. Very easy to get use to. The first day I missed having the home button but now I feel bad for those w the home button. Happy w my purchase

Love the upgrades. Led screen is crazy awesome. Didn’t know if I would like it without the main button on the front? Now I think it should of been this way all along. Love how the screen goes all the way to the edges. Camera is outstanding. Only bad thing. I wouldn’t even say it’s a con. But the Whole thing is glass. Very fragile. Get the Apple insurance. And get a good case

I use this phone for everything! Hardly slows down or crashes, Maybe once in the two months I’ve owned it. I mainly use a wireless charging dock and have only had issues of fully charging when I had a thicker case and a magnet for magnetic mounting. Overall, I am satisfied. Upgraded from a 7 plus.

I purchased the IPhone Max on 8/22/19 and I have to say I love it! I love the updates to the camera and the camera is flatter then some of the previous iPhones. I also like the bigger screen. I thought it was going to seem giant in my hands but it’s perfect. I would recommend getting a pop socket to adjust to using the phone so you can hold it better.

I think if you can afford it you wont be disappointed, I had a IPhone 8 and some people think it would not be a big upgrade, but the screen is so much larger with no home button, you don't even miss it the, the gestures are easy to use and you get used to it very easy and think this is they way it should work. the phone feels good in the hand for a big phone.

I had the iPhone X for less than a year. I had to get the iPhone XS Max the size is what I wanted because I had the iPhone 6 Plus before I got the X and I couldn’t get use to the size. The Max is great! The battery life is great and the camera life is awesome. The facial recognition is even faster on this phone. I love this phone. I will not be upgrading anymore

Ok - my daughter gets to be the cool kid with the awesome phone for a while. I can't tell you much about it other than how much she loves this phone and that it is huge and she raves about how fast it is and all the cool things it can do. I'm old and don't do those things, but I can tell you that buying it for someone will likely make them very happy.

I purchased this phone after trading in my iPhone 8. I have had this phone for 6 months and am very happy with it. The screen size is great as is the camera. Mostly I love the Face ID.

Truly awesome experience from the second I got this phone. The apps work flawlessly. Using various movie apps the quality of the movies are absolutely amazing to watch on this screen. Fast and quick from one task to another. The quality of photos with this camera are out of this world in crisp clear quality. The sound quality is extraordinary.
