First off, I have been an Apple consumer since the iPhone 4 was released. I have owned the 4s, 5, 6 plus, 7 plus, X, and now the XS Max, and I have to say that this iPhone is by far the best ever. Both the front facing and rear facing cameras are amazing. The speed of the processor, and the screen size is incredible. Everything runs so smoothly and seamless. The biggest pain was setting restoring my backed up iPhone data to the new phone because the iOS systems were different versions, but other than that this phone is outstanding. I would highly recommend upgrading if given the opportunity.

I’ve waited 4 1/2 years for a new Apple phone upgrade. Been carrying around the original iPhone 6Plus, and didn’t care for the 7Plus or 8Plus because they were basically the same phone w/minor changes. I was waiting for an all-screen front from Apple. The first X didn’t impress me because, while the screen was as long as the 6Plus, it was narrower. And the phone was just HEAVY. Enter the XS Max. I love it. I’m so glad I waited. The screen is bigger, and it’s not as weighty as the original X - yet the entire outer body of the phone is the same size as my old 6Plus. So I don’t feel like I’m carrying too much. It is heavier than my old phone, but at least not as heavy as the first X. Not to mention, the camera, screen display, and many other perks are wonderful. Thanks Apple, it’s about time.

Bought this phone as an upgrade to my four year old iPhone6 and WOW! The processor is significantly better and the extra 192GB of storage is great. It’s also nice to have a larger screen and Features like FaceID. Overall...a very welcomed change.

After years of being an Android user (through multiple carriers and devices), I finally decided to jump aboard the iPhone train. So far, the journey has been about what I expected. The device itself seems very well made and engineered. The display is superb (and the "notch" isn't even an issue), the overall size is comfortable, and functions well. There are some huge differences between Android and iOS, but so far all have been tolerable. Do I wish to have some features back? Sure! But sometimes, function over form is more important. The best thing and biggest difference for me is the battery life. I start each day with a full charge on the battery. With my previous Android device, I would be scrambling to recharge it before lunch time. With the iPhone XS Max, I'm now over 12 hours into the day and have more than 50% battery life left. (Although there hasn't been much more several calls and text messages, it is still a tremendous improvement). Also, I'm still trying to find substitutions for some apps I had from Google Play that aren't available in Apple's App Store. But overall, I'm glad I made the switch and hope I don't regret it later on.

Took some getting use to how it works without home button but once got things figured is great. A huge upgrade from the 6s+ that I have had for years. Camera is great. Speed is great and things have been smooth.

Love the Face ID feature and was a nice upgrade from my 7 Plus. Very similar overall but better camera and battery function as well as the “home” button removed to create a larger screen.

I was not a fan of the size of the iPhone X, so I was glad Apple decided to make the Max- it is perfect for us big phone lovers. I remember reading certain reviews before I got the phone that compared the Max to an iPad Mini, which made me nervous because no one wants a phone as big as a tablet. But it’s perfect, just like my Plus but a better screen which makes watching videos and reading on the phone so much more enjoyable. It was easy to adjust to having no home button, which was another concern of mine before getting the phone. Overall very pleased with all the new features. I love the phone!

I love iPhone..Loved the iPhone X. Love the XS Max even more. Bigger screen but the size of a past generation iPhone Plus. Fast. Better battery life. Amazing camera. Everything is great..well worth the $$$$$....

Upgraded from 7+. Phonenis same size but sooooo much more. Speedier. Larger storage. Bezelless screen real estate. Face ID is fast. Amazing camera/pics. Really enjoying this update. Highly recommend.

Battery life is great. Camera is awesome and the processor is really fast. Streaming movies At great speeds never slowing down. Screen size is perfect!

I absolutely love this iPhone. I traded in my iphone u plus for the iPhone XS Max and I’m so happy I did. It takes unbelievable beautiful pictures. Love the face recognition. Love you XOXOXO how fast it responds, too. The best part was buying it online at Best Buy, on sale, and the smartest and nicest person, Emily, who helped us so much. She was so patient and knowledgeable and helped us so much with the trade in as well. Thank you Best Buy and Emily :) P.S. I love Apple, too. They sent me a link on tips for my new iphone.

I held off on getting the original iPhone X because of the reviews. However, this iPhone version has been nothing but great. I went with the iPhone XS max and glad I did. Screen size is perfect (same as Galaxy S9 plus). Camera is unbelievable and the phone is very fast when surfing the web or using apps. The screen size is what really made me go with the XS max. Some people think it's too big, but I think it is a perfect size!

I love this phone! It is faster than my iPhone 7 Plus and I don't miss the home button at all, and I thought I would! There is hardly a learning curve at all regarding the missing home button. The Face ID works perfect, I LOVE IT! So far the battery has lasted me all day. The wireless charging is great! I have had no issues with charging via cord either. The only down side I have experienced is WiFi connection, it has been very spotty. I will have to go to Verizon and have that checked out. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Wow! What a screen!!! Love this iPhone. Fast response loading apps. Screen is very easy to type. Great sound and camera.

I feel that this phone is durable but it looks sleek. The apple running system is still streamlined with the addition of face-ID to secure my phone without hassle. The screen is large enough to watch movies on without squinting too much; I’m used to a larger tv but my phone has a better picture now. The camera is powerful and easy to use whenever. Battery life is still fresh and holds for two days despite the continuous use of internet, gaming apps and you know, phone calls n’such.

I’m blown away at Apple with each and every new iPhone release. This is their best yet! The screen clarity and size, the camera, the overall look and feel. It’s amazing! I also thought I’d miss the button on the new X’s, but after a day using the phone, I don’t even miss it. As a matter of fact it’s way better with out. Navigation is way faster! Just having to swipe vs. having to double click the button and then swipe to close out apps is amazingly faster! Cudos Apple!

The performance on this phone is amazing, battery life is great and love the fact that my screen goes all the way to the edge. The pictures taken from this phone are amazing and it comes with some new features. One thing I don't like is the fact that Apple used glass for the back again, and the phone is on the heavy side, maybe due to the big glass on the back

This is our family’s 6th iphone and it continues to amaze! My husband decided on the largest and OLED screen after visiting the Apple store and speaking to the experts. He has vision issues and the X Max was significantly easier to see.,He is learning all the new features and it’s been an easy transition from 6S to this one! Best Buy was amazing to work with. Wouldn’t buy an Apple product from anyone else. Good Bye to the Verizon Store!

Coming from the iPhone 6, this phone is a substantial improvement. The battery life is amazing and it lasts me all day. The camera is very high quality. The Face ID(While skeptical at first) is very fast and I have gotten used to it as a better way to unlock my phone compared to Touch ID. While I know this is not a huge jump when coming from the X. This phone is perfect for anyone looking to upgrade from a later model.

Apple continues to amaze me with each and every refresh of their heralded iPhones. They truly have hit the bullseye with their latest iPhone offerings with the latest chip, phenom camera, and overall looks. This phone is for my wife. As the screen display is large, 6.5 inches, it does take some getting used to. I am not able to stick it in my pocket so I will probably lean on the Phone XS.
