I purchased this at such a great price for my son. He just loves the size of the iPhone and the two cameras as well. He says the iPhone is so much faster than the iPhone 6s Plus he had. The only thing he had to get use to was the fact there was no home button. Instead it has facial recognition.

I love love love this phone! I upgraded from an 8 Plus and I love the face recognition and Memojis!! I feel like they’ve made it just more seamless overall! Took some getting used to with it not having the home button but I actually like it soooo much better!! The pictures are amazing as is the screen!! Highly recommend this phone!

I went from a 6s Plus and upgraded to this and I love it. The camera on portrait mode is my favorite feature. It’s taking a while getting used to the whole no home button thing, but I’m getting the hang of it. I wish Apple didn’t do away with the headphone jack. Overall, it’s a great phone. Runs fast, battery is good- can’t complain.

I got this phone for my girlfriend, she had the iPhone X but wanted the bigger screen, and to be honest I thought that was all she was really getting. The iPhone XS Max is incredibly fast, much faster than her old iPhone X ever was, the camera is a huge improvement as well. Pictures look even better that how they did on the iPhone X

My biggest complaint about the iPhone X was the smaller size. With the IPhone XMax you get all the great features from the X along with the size of the 6/7/8+ versions. The camera and video are impressive and you also now have the option to purchase the 512GB option to store all of the amazing photos you will take with this phone

So glad I waited to upgrade! I went from the 6s to the iPhone XS Max. It is so different and there are so many new features that I didn't have before. The camera is stunning and with the 512 GB I will never run out of space on my phone! I now can hold all of my music, podcasts, photos, text messages, etc. with ease! I love how big it is and watching Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime, or Hulu is amazing. The only downfall is that I miss the Touch ID. I find that the Face ID is pretty hit or miss when I need to unlock the phone and it took me awhile to figure out Apple Pay. Pairs perfectly with my Apple Watch Series 2. I'm a happy customer!

Coming from a 7+ I didn't feel the need to upgrade but my wife wanted to spoil me for my b-day and got me the XS Max and I love it. It's EXTREMELY fast, great battery life, the camera is ridiculous, and I love the swipe controls. I probably should've waited a bit for the price to come down but I highly recommend this phone.

Upgraded from an 8 Plus. It's very very similar but noticably faster. Face ID works very fast and the battery lasts the day. It's lacking some of the new fancy features I guess but I almost like it better because if it. Simple, familiar interface, new swipe based system works nicely and is buttery smooth.

This was purchased for my 20 year old son and he loves it! It has an amazingly beautiful screen and is very easy to use. He needed a larger phone because he was finding typing difficult on his iPhone 7. This fits his hands perfectly and he has no trouble fitting it into his front pocket even when wearing skinny pants.

My wife bought this for me because she was tired of me complaining about the lack of space on my phone. Plus. I cracked my screen and pieces of glass were falling out of it. It is so much faster than my 6s plus. It is hard to remember and get used to the lack of a home button, I only took away a star because of my frustration of no home button and no auxiliary port. I have to buy a separate connection so I can listen to my music in the car, Other than that, it it another great apple product.

I upgraded from a iPhone 7 Plus 256gb. Having double storage is going to be great. I use Dropbox, iCloud, iPhotos, and Spotify a lot. However most of the time at work M-F I have weak to none cellular or WiFi service! So I have to use the download and make available offline features for these cloud based services. I also enjoy the FACE Recognition for password protected sites and applications but sometimes I wish I could still have the touch option. Overall I am pleased I think I do notice that it’s a little faster but sometimes it really depends on my cellular or WiFi signal.

Finally upgraded my form a 6 plus to the XS Max and had no regrets. From the quality of the pics to how snappy the processor was. I was worried about the price, but I had for 3 weeks now and being a heavy user for work and personal use, it holds up. The battery life lasts about 24 hours before full drained.

Was using the iPhone 6s, but looking for an upgrade within the iOS platform. Reviewed this phone against the Samsung Note 8 and Note 9. Used a Note 8 for about 9 months, then wife’s phone died (she has some sort of Angaran bio electric field that renders phones useless) so I gave her the Note 8. So far it’s been impervious Ha ha. So I bought the iPhone XSMax 512. I didn’t know if I would like the face technology to recognize me, but I’m extremely happy with that functionality. Sometimes I forget it wants to unlock when it sees me and I manually lock it by mistake. So that’s user error. Love the big screen! I’m very pleased with it and wouldn’t change I do miss the stylus on the Note 8, but at 60 years of age I enjoy finding creative ways of doing things. Would buy again. Thank you App,e for going with Qi charging.

This may not be Apple's current flagship phone, but I bought it due to the value it offers relative to Apple's current lineup. I know, I know...the iPhone 12 just around the corner, but I do NOT want to pay upwards of $1500 for a phone, albeit a very nice phone. That being said, this phone will satisfy 99% of the Apple iPhone users who are looking for a top notch phone without having to pay a top notch price. The 6.5" OLED is simply amazing, I can enjoy watching a movie on this brilliant screen. I think the one thing you give up on this phone vs the iPhone 11 Pro Max is the camera which the 11 Pro Max is clearly better. It's not to say the XS Max camers is bad; it will handle most camera needs. I bought the 512 Gb capacity which is probably overkill but I know I will never have to worry about running out of space to capture that awesome picture or video. You will not be disappointed with this phone.

I think the size is perfect. Not bulky at all even with the protective case. Has a little bit of weight, more than enough storage, and wonderful camera. It takes a couple of hours to get a full charge but I’ve only had to charge it every other day with moderate social media and streaming usage.

Enjoying the larger screen shaing the photos I take. No need to carry extra equipment like a camera because this phone takes great photos. It was an easy transition from the 6s to this upgrade. I recommended this phone to family and friends.

All-around great device. I was initially going to buy an iPhone 11. However, this was cheaper, had twice the storage, a larger screen size, and an OLED display with a much better contrast ratio. I’m glad I made this purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat.

After being a long time apple phone user, 3g on and tried blackberry and other brands inbetween, I keep coming back. High resale value, quality hardware beautiful display, speed, 4K video camera plenty of options and apps, Etc. battery usage is way better than my old phone. Sold my 7 plus for a 256 max!

So prior to the iPhone 8 Plus, I’ve always been an Android Galaxy guy. I wanted something new and different, so I opted for the iPhone 8 Plus. The experience was different but I wasn’t a big fan of the bezels on the top and bottom. All of a sudden, the IPhone XS Max came out! From top to bottom, front to back the phone screams, “look at me”. The finish is beautiful, the display is crisp. Not quite at the level of the latest galaxy phones, but pretty close. I’m not much of a camera guy but this phone actually had me taking pictures and enjoying all the new features! This phone is incredible! There are tons and tons of features added, the processor is fast, and the display screen is what I enjoy most. The iPhone XS series is a little pricey especially the Max and it lacks a little bit in durability, but besides that, overall a great phone.

I came from the iPhone 7 and got the Max on launch day in gold and I’m very happy with my purchase. I thought there not being a home button would be an issue but the phone is very user friendly!
