Great phone and just as good as the 11. I recommend the phone and have had no problems with this far. I purchased this for my 11 year old son. I recommend the $10 Best Buy warranty: we haven’t had to use it yet but it’s a good idea to get for such a pricey item: I think the color is what I like the best about the phone: The iPhone continues to get better every time.

Beautiful screen. Face ID is super quick. Doesn’t feel gigantic on hand; has great feel.

Superb phone. Had no issues during the past 1.5 years of use. Typically used 50% of everyday. Fast processing. Traded for a 13 pro max, but I regret it now, as the XS max seemed just as capable and high quality as my new one. Will surely miss. Highly recommend this one. Battery is great.

i’ve had an iPhone 4s, 5, 6s, 7, and 8 plus in the past, but none of them comes close to what the iPhone XS Max has in store for you. The iPhone 8 Plus was also a good buy if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper but the XS max is really amazing. Personally love the infinity screen, face recognition, and the camera!

So far so good with my new iPhone which was a replacement for my iPhone 6S Plus. Same size, but more screen area so able to see more. Has taken some time to get used to the swiping motion you use to open things rather than pushing the home button, but the good thing is there are no longer open pages which I would forever forget to close and then spend some time closing them all when it seemed that my battery was depleting or the phone seemed to slow down.

Upgrade is nice... faster; camera improved; like no home button, but miss finger print access as opposed to face recog... gave to lift the phone all the time and it locks “immediately” as only option

I’m one of the many that get a new iPhone each year. However for a few years now I haven’t felt like I’ve been getting anything different (other than a model number). This time it feels really different! Much bigger screen (having gone from the 8 plus, returned the X after an hour) and noticeable display improvement. This phone makes having a tablet unnecessary. Good job yet again, Apple.

I had the Samsung s8 plus before switching to this phone, i am really happy with the change. Samsung is not a bad phone but I had a iPhone before the Samsung. I switched because of the full screen with the Samsung. Now that apple came out with this phone, I was so excited to switch back. So glad I did. Fast phone, apps work perfect with Face ID, way better than I expected actually

I have had every iteration of iPhone since the beginning in 2007. I’ve watched the ecosystem grow and watched the design progress. Now in 2018 we simply have the best iPhone I’ve ever owned. The XS Max’s large OLED screen is crystal clear and very vibrant. Call quality is exceptional, UI is very easy to navigate. Just a tremendous phone, wish I could give it more than 5 stars!
