Not much else to say besides that it’s a good phone. I upgraded from a 6s and am enjoying the faster speed, better camera, and extra screen space. An iPhone is an iPhone though, so it doesn’t feel like anything revolutionary. Once you’ve had one, you’ve had them all! I went from an iPhone 6 Plus to this one and love it. Not the cheapest, but clearly the best. Face ID works better than I anticipated. When I compare photos taken from both phones there is no comparison. I purposely held out for the bigger phone as compared to the iPhone X and glad I did.

I upgraded from the iPhone X and it was absolutely worth the upgrade. Bigger is better! The new A12 chip is amazingly fast! There is no phone out there that can compete with it. Also, the phone is absolutely beautiful to hold and look at. You will not regret it! Highly recommend it!

This phone takes amazing pictures and videos. I was able to get some awesome shots of my daughter riding her horse. Best Buy was running a good deal on this phone so I got it at a great price compared to directly through Verizon. The phone has been easy to use and navigate through. I really like the face ID feature to sign into things.

I love the size as I was used to the iPhone 6s Plus. The camera is a good upgrade love my photos now. Of course it is faster than my old phone. I’m loving my new phone upgrading with Best Buy was an excellent choice. Boxing stores are not even open right now because of Covid 19 Best Buy hooked me up!

I purchased this at such a great price for my son. He just loves the size of the iPhone and the two cameras as well. He says the iPhone is so much faster than the iPhone 6s Plus he had. The only thing he had to get use to was the fact there was no home button. Instead it has facial recognition.

I love love love this phone! I upgraded from an 8 Plus and I love the face recognition and Memojis!! I feel like they’ve made it just more seamless overall! Took some getting used to with it not having the home button but I actually like it soooo much better!! The pictures are amazing as is the screen!! Highly recommend this phone!

I got this phone for my girlfriend, she had the iPhone X but wanted the bigger screen, and to be honest I thought that was all she was really getting. The iPhone XS Max is incredibly fast, much faster than her old iPhone X ever was, the camera is a huge improvement as well. Pictures look even better that how they did on the iPhone X

My biggest complaint about the iPhone X was the smaller size. With the IPhone XMax you get all the great features from the X along with the size of the 6/7/8+ versions. The camera and video are impressive and you also now have the option to purchase the 512GB option to store all of the amazing photos you will take with this phone

My wife bought this for me because she was tired of me complaining about the lack of space on my phone. Plus. I cracked my screen and pieces of glass were falling out of it. It is so much faster than my 6s plus. It is hard to remember and get used to the lack of a home button, I only took away a star because of my frustration of no home button and no auxiliary port. I have to buy a separate connection so I can listen to my music in the car, Other than that, it it another great apple product.

Upgraded from an 8 Plus. It's very very similar but noticably faster. Face ID works very fast and the battery lasts the day. It's lacking some of the new fancy features I guess but I almost like it better because if it. Simple, familiar interface, new swipe based system works nicely and is buttery smooth.

So prior to the iPhone 8 Plus, I’ve always been an Android Galaxy guy. I wanted something new and different, so I opted for the iPhone 8 Plus. The experience was different but I wasn’t a big fan of the bezels on the top and bottom. All of a sudden, the IPhone XS Max came out! From top to bottom, front to back the phone screams, “look at me”. The finish is beautiful, the display is crisp. Not quite at the level of the latest galaxy phones, but pretty close. I’m not much of a camera guy but this phone actually had me taking pictures and enjoying all the new features! This phone is incredible! There are tons and tons of features added, the processor is fast, and the display screen is what I enjoy most. The iPhone XS series is a little pricey especially the Max and it lacks a little bit in durability, but besides that, overall a great phone.

Was using the iPhone 6s, but looking for an upgrade within the iOS platform. Reviewed this phone against the Samsung Note 8 and Note 9. Used a Note 8 for about 9 months, then wife’s phone died (she has some sort of Angaran bio electric field that renders phones useless) so I gave her the Note 8. So far it’s been impervious Ha ha. So I bought the iPhone XSMax 512. I didn’t know if I would like the face technology to recognize me, but I’m extremely happy with that functionality. Sometimes I forget it wants to unlock when it sees me and I manually lock it by mistake. So that’s user error. Love the big screen! I’m very pleased with it and wouldn’t change I do miss the stylus on the Note 8, but at 60 years of age I enjoy finding creative ways of doing things. Would buy again. Thank you App,e for going with Qi charging.

After being a long time apple phone user, 3g on and tried blackberry and other brands inbetween, I keep coming back. High resale value, quality hardware beautiful display, speed, 4K video camera plenty of options and apps, Etc. battery usage is way better than my old phone. Sold my 7 plus for a 256 max!

I came from the iPhone 7 and got the Max on launch day in gold and I’m very happy with my purchase. I thought there not being a home button would be an issue but the phone is very user friendly!

I did not think I would like Face ID, but once I started using it, I like it a lot. Easy to use, great camera, great screen. If you are an iPhone person, you would like this very much. It could almost take over for my iPad mini 3 (but not quite). I wish my iPad had the 256 GB of memory though.

I waited for this phone for a year I had a 6 and kept it with a cracked screen. I like the phone its fast and has great pictures Love the magnetic charger The worst thing about it is the price I said I wouldn't pay that much for a phone. My geek side came out and there was a special on the phone

Love the sleek design and its way faster than the previous model. The color is gold hasnt changed from the previous model and the screen looks great even after I placed a screen protector. Be sure to find a case for it though this sucker could slip out of your hand and well you know the rest.

Ok let me start by saying I swore I’d never get the bigger iPhone it just looked huge but after putting the X next to Xs Max it wasn’t much bigger then I held it and it felt better in my hand... plus I feel it’s easier to text with and I can actually see the font!!! I know there’s so many more features I have yet to learn but the ones I’ve leaned so far are pretty cool. I’ve had several different phones and iPhones over the years and so far I must admit this is my favorite, hands down!

I am in love with this phone. The screen size is amazing. Allows me to complete my business work in my phone instead of having to work on my laptop all the time. Face ID is awesome. Only thing that bothers me a little bit is the weight when I’m holding it for a long time
