I’ve owned this for almost three weeks now. I love it, except I wish you could turn off or on the charging capabilities on the case itself.. otherwise great case!

Purchased apple thinking it would be a better product. Already does not work. Difficult to hold and bulk ( I understand it has to be larger, just be aware that in just the short time I had it I still did not get use to it. for over 100$ money can be use better elsewhere in my opinion. Silicone did have decent feel to it.

Charging Case is cool they kept my phone charged all day but the only downfall is there’s no on/off Button for case

iPhone XS Max Smart battery case. Like all of this cases after you use it every day the battery of the case will start to drain fast.

I got the first wave of Cases. To begin with its bulky, but i knew what i was getting into. Anywho, its an Apple case so it must have been good. It did its job, charges my phone till half day and then it dies and my hone runs on its own battery. The material used is extremely poor. I thought the silicon feel will make it last but 2 months after use it wore more then cases you buy off amazon for like $10. The corner become smoother and it looks older then it should. Mind you its a $130 case. In May it died, just wouldnt charge anymore. Bestbuy didnt souldnt help, so they referred me to Apple. Apple with their great customer service they took it inn. Took a month to get my refurbished case and they asked for the broken one. Why did it take so long? Apparently the problem i have experienced is more common and wide as buyers return their cases due to it just dying. I was on back order. Anywho, ima keep it. Its just too pricy for me to walk away. I dont recommend it tho just due to the material they decided to use. Its cheap, and wears way to quickly.

First off this is a great product. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get use to the size the case added to the phone.

I use my iPhone in my work. I wouldn’t be able to do my job without it for sure. I decided on the best that was available at this time - the iPhone XS MAX 512 gig and I am so happy with it.

More battery is awesome . Just wish they made it more thinner and I’m not a fan of the silicone case feel

This case is nice cause it’s made by Apple but it only last for one charge and it is extremely bulky

It’s a great case but I think apple need to improve on durability. Case is made out of silicone. In my opinion it cases need to be heavy duty.

It is nice, but I don't like that you can't turn it off. It is definitely worth it if you are on your phone for business purposes.

Case is nice overall but I’m a little worried about the back. I noticed it warping. It’s no longer flat like it used to.

This works very well... it took a minute to figure out that I needed to charge the phone and battery separately. Once I was past that the pair worked great

If your phone has a hard time keeping a charge, most iPhones over a year do in my experience, get this.

Does what it was built to do. This is the 3rd charging case I had to purchase. Not sure how long this one will last.

The only thing I don’t like about this case is that their is no way to turn it on and off other than that I love it

I love orange products. They really produce top notch stuff! The Phillies lost the first game of today’s double header to the nationals, ugh! Bummer!

The case works well. It is also well integrated with the rest of the phone. No problems with the Qi charger and a lightning connector works just fine.
