This was difficult to get working then the case tore shortly after purchase which is not under warranty. I also believe it ia a little over priced.

Probably being generous in giving it 4 stars. Let me start by saying why I gave it 4 stars. It does what it is intended to do, give longer use between charges. It also looks great, has decent grip, charges wirelessly, and shows separately on the notification screen, being an Apple product. What isn’t so great? Well, not sure it is a very protective case. Feels much less protective than a Mophie case. It is always charging, well up to the point there isn’t a charge left. Maybe this is a personal preference, but I would rather turn on the charge as I feel needed. The case charge seems to drain fairly quickly when using the phone. It does feel pretty bulky and heavy as well. Overall, I would recommend it, but it is far from what I expected. Then again, when it comes to cases, Apple does appearance and functionality over protection, so it is what it is.

1 star is too generous. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Apple is aware of defective units being sold. I don’t understand why they are still trying to sell these if all the defective units weren’t pulled. Instead you are playing a risk by purchasing these and getting a defective one. I ordered this 3 times and ended up with 1 working unit.

I have had this item for less than three months and there is a tear where the none battery area meets the battery. Also, super expensive.

Wouldn’t charge my phone. Charged with the phone in the case and also separately. When charging separately the LED in the case showed green indicating a full charge. When plugged into the phone the case showed zero charge. Tried resetting, restarting everything etc, but nothing worked. Same garbage as the cheap Amazon ones except this thing cost $130. Returned.

This is a replacement battery case. My original one stopped working properly and got a replaced for free. Probably will not purchase another one.

Great look and feel. Not recognizing my phone. Going to visit apple store to see if the case or phone is defective.

I have had this case for over a month now, if you use your phone heavily for a day, you will need to charge battery pack and phone for next day usage.

I had high hopes with this case but the truth is that is not worth the money. Without any charge the phone will last you just one day. No more.

This product works but i had issues with getting the phone to charge wirelessly with the case. I felt you had to position the phone just perfect for the unit to charge. Second if you have extremely large hands then you will have no problems text on this beast because of the screen size and the added Inch or thickness on the back it gave me hand cramps trying to text with one hand. thus i didnt want to make my life difficult for extra juice.

First day of purchase it got a dent so easily. This is my second time purchasing one of these and definitely not a happy customer.

This case is amazing. Especially for those who are constantly on their phone every day.

The case is a great idea but the battery dies fast and the material is good for a couple of days then it starts to break down

Battery charges after charging the phone first. The battery in the case does not seem to last long and takes longer time to charge.

This quit charging after a few months. I'm not sure I would recommend this particular battery case.

There’s no way to turn it on or off. If you drop your phone once the case starts to break easily.

This case is a great idea, however the silicone breaks down very quickly and I have gone through 3 of these as they became defective and would no longer hold a charge and instead drained the phone battery… now that they are discontinued, I can no longer get it replaced.

This case made the phone extremely bulky..........

Terrible power for such an expensive case I mean yea it’s nice and silicone and yea it’s a case but it’s a 100$ + case with power and ur telling me it doesn’t give a full charge

I ordered the more expensive case because I was on a trip and would not have access to charging cord. Case did not charge. Was unable to use and missed the return date by the time I returned home. Waste of money.
