This is the second Apple smart battery case that I have purchased from Best Buy. Neither case will charge and is not recognized by my iPhone XS Max. I will be sending this case back and will forego a new case until I buy the iPhone 13. I am very disappointed to not have a working smart battery case.

seems as though the rubberized case, dust and dirt cling to it? I did return it to store.

This is not a good case. It doesn’t stop charging. I bought this for a trip so that I would be able to not worry if we were exploring if I needed more battery. If the chase is on it charges even when the battery is at 100%, which makes no sense. I would not recommend this case.

I bought this case twice. Unfortunately, it did not work for my phone. My phone did not recognize it in the widgets section and would not register how much charge it had. I returned both.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Actually have phone case in my car to return. Had one previously and loved it. This one doesn’t even charge up. I’ve tried 3 different chargers and no luck!! Hoping they can quickly replace it

With less than 1 month of use it has stopped working.

Bad buy. Terrible buy. The case would not charge. Did not charge phone. Plugged it in, looked as if it were charging. Unplug it. The thing was still DEAD. This was a gift for my husband’s birthday; what a dud!

I’ve bought three of these and all of them have crapped out after about two to three months. The charge stops working after about a month, and it’s completely worthless three months later.

Just like the last smart battery case I bought…useless and doesn’t even charge, when I plug it in it says it’s charging at 77% then it’s on 0% and doesn’t charge when I charge the case by itself.

This case didn’t work and when I told the manager the problem he just brushed me off like I wasn’t even there so I got my money back and will be going to another store where I can get treated with respect thank but no thanks

When you record messages your voice sound distorted and the cover is black but one you touch it start to look like dirty even if you have your hands clean

Brand new Apple battery Iphone was defective and the student couldnt return it within the month time period. Disgusted with Apple and Best Buy return policy.

Dead on arrival. Now trying to get a warrantee replacement as they are not available and there is a known recall on them for this issue.

Did not work it’s very bad. It’s would not charge my phone when it’s unplugged. And when it’s plugged in I say it’s at 78%.

Only worked for one day u bought two of them and both didn’t work so I quickly returned them and got my money back I would never recommend these to anyone.

Would not charge above 77%. Would not smart charge wham my phone was low on power. Would not appear in my battery widget.

After working great, it started not recognizing the charger was hooked to it and started getting hot in my pocket.

Probably the best charging case made for an iPhone. Gives you a full charge too! I liked that you don’t have to charge it separately from your phone. A little heavy but worth it.

Don't purchase this! It fried the charging port for my brand new iPhone that I purchased the same day I purchased this!

Don’t get it , it stopped working after 2 months. Stopped charging my phone I have to hit it to something to work .
