Great battery life good quality and good protection

This is a great case. Doesn’t offer much in terms of protection for your screen, however doubling the battery life of my phone is a welcome trade off. I work in sales and am on my phone constantly all day. I can now make it home to bed with 20-30 left on the phones internal battery whereas before I was charging up by 1-2 around my lunch time.

I cannot believe it took me this long to get this. No more need to carry an excessive number of chargers all over my house, my office, my car, and on my key ring. Charging it up fully allows me to go on about my days without having to connect everytime i sat down. This pulls through for as much screen time as i generate.

Battery life is amazing and easy to charge wirelessley

The case feels great, and the extra battery is a plus. However, you can't toggle the battery on or off; it just charges constantly. Would be great if the case could somehow interface with iOS. Just lukewarm about it.

This is the best battery case I’ve had ever! It is slim feels good to hold and it is the most convenient as it lasts a minimum of 10 hours on a full charge of using moderately in my experience so I couldn’t be happier (= Thanks Apple & Best Buy for such great product as well as fair price

Charges iPhone great. And works as a good phone case.

I bought this battery case because I needed a new one for my iPhone XS Max. I have other battery cases but they don’t always hold their charge. The Apple battery case works well and holds its charge well through the day. It may seem to be a little expensive, but it is worth it’s price. A great purchase over all!

It fits great and the weight isn’t too bad. Its not as big of a capacity as I thought but it works like the iPhone has a bigger battery. Went about 2 days before I had charge the phone

I love knowing I have a little extra battery to keep me going throughout the day. Only reason why I knocked off one star is that I don’t like the “hump” but I got over it (pun intended). I also like knowing it’s made from apple so it won’t damage my battery.

Full day of battery even with heavy use, no longer have to worry about charging up. I just put it on to charge when I get to bed. Only negative thing is that, it deactivates the compass in the phone, so for compass using apps you have to remove the case.

I use this all the time. Gives me more than a full day worth of charge. Seems bulky at first but I got used to it quickly. There are other products out there but I like that this has a lightning port and how well it works with a wireless charger. The only con I have is that the silicone scratched easily for me.

I love this device when it first get's going...but after a couple of months it slowed down, or should I say, speeded up and the extra battery did not last long...it also started beeping when I was charging and using it at the same time. Seemed like I needed o charge each separately which was not the case when I first got it and not ideal. Took it back to Apple and they exchanged it for new one that is behaving very well. It's about a month, so I will give it a little more time. Overall, it is very good and the glitches may be a one off. It is a little heavy but I find the rubber to be an additional protection for the phone. Right now the romance is on.

Really extends my iPhones battery, like having a 200% percent charge, my iPhones battery is already good but this pack makes it great. Not really cheap but it’s worth the cost and since it an original Apple product it doesn’t harm the phones original built in battery pack.

I kept debating between this case and a couple cheaper ones. Glad I spent the extra $50 and got this one. I haven’t had any problems with my phone battery since! The case keeps my phone charged from 5 AM until usually 7-8 PM then my actual phone battery kicks in. Great case!

I used Mophie withbmy previous iPhone (6S) (bought three) and the worked great. But after I tried two Mophies for the XS Max, I had to return them, because they suck. So I had no choice than get this Apple case, and is the best. The battery case is very long lasting. I recommend this one.

My XS Max already had great battery life, but I wanted the battery pack for those days on the weekends and vacations where I wouldn't have a chance to top off here and there. With the case I am down to a full phone battery at the end of the day after heavy use with the screen at full brightness.

Case is very protective and feels great in your hand. The only downside in my opinion is that the case constantly charges your phone while it’s on. Apple says it’s a smart case but it makes me nervous about always charging the phone.

I bought the first smart battery case when Apple had first released it, and I’ve loved it ever since, so I had to get the new one. With wireless charging in this case, it makes it where I never have to take off the case, and I had all day battery life even as a heavy phone user like myself.
