    Fantastic product! Has not left my iPhoneXS since I got it. It is a little bulky but that's okay. All this extra power lets me use my iPhoneXS to its maximum potential. Apple you did it again!

    Disappointing

    Admittedly, I had high hopes for this case. Those were quickly dashed. From the beginning, it didn’t charge as much as advertised. More recently, the charging started to cut out, both to the case and to the phone. I’m going through Apple to get a warranty replacement. All in all, I’m very disappointed.

    DEFECTIVE and NO HELP FROM BEST BUY OR APPLE

    DEFECTIVE and BEST BUY AND APPLE give you a run around. APPARENTLY, APPLE gives you a hard time when you don't buy it form them. Say they can help you had you bought it from them. This expensive case stopped working after 3 months. NOBODY wants to help. Best Buys says you need to take it to APPLE that it isn't their problem. So, try to make a genius bar reservation for it... yep, I still have a broken case here at my house.
