    I'm disappointed in this product. It is difficult to use. When I swipe on the screen, it doesn't respond quickly. I wonder if this product might be faulty. All of my other Apple devices work well but this one is just not user friendly.

    Tonight (Wednesday) my brother and I were listening to music on the iPod nano I purchased yesterday. All of a sudden it stopped working. I thought the battery had discharged but it will not charge or turn on. Defective product.

    Purchased this to replace my old ipod touch. Randomly turns off during run and doesn't save the progress that was made before the random turn off. I looked on a sites and did the suggested fixes. Didn't help. Hoping I can return it.

    Apple needs to bring back the Ipod Classic

    I had to purchase the Nano 16gb since the Ipod Classic is no longer available. Since it is touch screen and small I did not care for it. I could never get the thing to charge so I returned it to my local Best Buy

    The problem with the nano is it has no sound; and Apple costumer service is not very good either; many do not know what they are talking about or even how to help you. I recommend you buy something else.

    I had never used an apple nano, but found it easy to integrate into my system at home Peach tree, Pioneer, and with the right digital wires it sounds fantastic on my surround sound! My playlists are supper!

    I purchased it thinking I'd at least be able to download a couple of thousand songs. I downloaded 374 songs and it's full. Disappointing. If you only want a smaller musical library this will work for you.

    This ipod broke within the first month. Best buy would not take back said i had to return it to apple. Cant read fine print to return it so it just sits

    difficult to use - too small. no directions and not easy to figure out how to use on own. it had a mind of it's own - much better to get ipod touch

    The first iPod was defective. Called customer service and it was just as bad. Finally got the second one and it was defective as well.

    We had to return this IPod because it does not hold a charge beyond a couple of hours. Lots of general complaints online about this.
