love the size and ease of how to work it. my kids love it

Needed more space just to listen to tunes small and compact.

I needed a listening device (music therapy) for my 83 year old grandmother who has onset dementia. After reviewing other products i chose the shuffle for the price and the brand name. After having some difficulty downloading the music....i was able to deliver the device to my grandmother she immediately stated its small. The device is small and needs to be clipped (clip included)onto a shirt or lapel, so it does not get lost during use, but the control options are limited which is great because it allows for easy navigation. All that is needed is to press the appropriate labeled icon. My grandmother was able to understand and navigate the volume, forward/backward controls easily, turning the device on and off does cause some problem only because of the position of the switch. I did buy additional headphones as the headphones provided are earbuds which easily fall out of the ear. This is a good purchase for the need of simplicity and ease of listening to your favorite songs

I am very happy with this purchase! The 1st one did not work and was a bit frustrating, but the exchange was easy and the Best Buy employee was very helpful! The new one is perfect...just exactly what I wanted! Small and easy to use.....love it!

This little powerhouse of music enjoyment has amazing sound and longer battery life than previous models. It clips onto a sleeve, or a collar, and stays where it's put. Great item from Apple

Just plays music, nothing else, and it's great at doing it. Best for on the go or during workouts, the clip is a lot better than using your phone on some armband.

I love that the shuffle is so lightweight. I'm not one who can run, hike, or lift with a huge phone on me so I use the shuffle instead. It doesn't hold as many songs as my iPhone or an iPod but it does the job. Besides do you really want to chance your $600+ phone breaking while working out? I don't.

The shuffle is priced very fairly and it's a great way to listen to music without having to dish out the bucks if s nano or regular iPod. The only drawback is it randomly selects the songs to play without the ability of you choosing them. If you don't care what song comes on then this is for you

I bought the ipod shuffle for work out music and it has been a nice work out partner. It fits perfect in my running pouch along with my keys and cash. My phone is a little too big for my pouch and sometimes my Internet doesn't work in the gym. I'm more than pleased with my ipod shuffle.

I like the 4th generation shuffle, but the battery just dont last like my 2nd generation shuffle, the cord from the USB to the iPod is only about 3 inches long but no complaints there about that..but some folks may not like it.....I cannot arrange the songs in the order I want it just goes straight to the bottom so be ready for that. Other than that the 2Gb holds a lot of music and is good for folks that like the convenance of a small hand held music player.

We were actually looking for a gift for our bil so he could listen to his 40's music in his new truck but this was over his head. His wife claimed it & she's using it for her 3+ mile walks each day. I may get one for myself. It's smaller than my iPod & will do all I need.

Small and compact, it's perfect to clip on when you go for a run.

This is a small, light weight and great to use while running. I am able to carry all my music with me while running. It is easy to use and works well for me.
