Unsure of issue

But it had the issue of appearing to have an full battery when plugged in but when unplugged, the battery showed red, after about 10 mins the battery then showed full. I swapped the item out for another and had the same issue. I do not know what the problem was with this item BUT I did not want to swap it out. Therefore, I returned the second one as well. I have no intention of buying another and trying the process again.
