This is a good product. Would buy it again at Best Buy.

I return this product, it was to much like a phone, It would let me make calls, face time the whole works. There was enough storage on my phone for music

A great product if you want a device solely for music.

Good for someone who wants music and some apps. Wifi is a must. Besy buy does not always send codes for free d/l. It took 3 hrs and 9 diff reps to resolve just 1 download issue. Not sure if its the store or Apple is cheating customer off this

There is a disconnect between my old Ipod, and the new one. Several songs actually had to be re-purchased because the initial purchase did not transfer over to the new Ipod.

I purchased this device exactly a month ago and I am very disturbed to say that I have had to restart it twice in order to get the sound to come on! The first time I thought maybe it was just a fluke. But then it happened again! I stop and start a song when it is supposed to be playing (but no sound!). Try other songs that I have loaded and nothing until I actually power the unit off completely and turn it back on! I do have the Apple Care warranty, but seriously? This is supposed to be an open model that was in good condition! Not to mention the amount that was paid for it along with my Reward points!!

Apple usually has reliable products. Not the case with this one. The screen often goes bad with lines through it. At this time you can't reboot it. You have to let the battery drain. It's smaller than needed. disappointed in this product.

The IPod is very portable but I was disappointed with it. I believe I got a defective one because it wouldn’t hold a charge, even though it was brand new. I was able to return it without issue.

This was a gift for my mom for her birthday, she loves to take pictures and takes way too many. This seem to have enough storage which is why we picked it. She gets the 1st one and it doesn't let her access anything and keeps asking for credentials. We goto geek squad and they got the credentials and said it works now. It did not. We exchange it for another one, same problem. I even sat at geek squad to make sure it did work, it didn't. So we r re turned it fully and got her a Sumsung phone instead. She couldnt be happier.

I haven’t even been able to use it yet for a few reasons my computer that has all my music isn’t working right iTunes won’t update and I don’t have a case!

Was a gift card purchase Thought I would get apple another chance...... Nope I returned it after a few weeks. I had no use for it.

I have not tried the camera but I've have tried several times to transfer my audiobooks from my computer to the ipod with no results and I'm really frustrated and I can't find that knows how to help me.

Returned it after my daughter realized it was useless other than an upgraded walkman! Don't seenthe need if you already have a tablet.

Doesnt have as many lay options as my old Android device, but I guess it's ok. I waited too long to return it for a full refund, so I guess I'll have to live with it.

This was way smaller than we had anticipated. It was ordered online for store pickup. After realizing the size, we realized it was not the right product for what we needed.
