    I am still trying to figure this out. I can't load some of the music from my old iPod, apparently it was not purchased from iTunes you can't upload it to their site or even the app on my computer.

    Awesome product long battery life the pink color is really bright and stands out. Ipod are great for taking your music on the go.

    Bought this for my 9 year old. He loves it. Does everything a phone does except call and text without the high price and phone plan commitment. My only complaint is that its a little delicate.

    The software would not update. It required a call to Apple service to link to the iPod and provide the update. Apple was quick and responsive with the fix.
