Battery doesn't last long as stated so not satisfied

This is by far the worst battery on any iPod that has been released till this day. It went from 100% to 91 with about 15 minutes of usage. What I huge disappointment.

I wasn’t able to get the Bluetooth to engage on my new Apple iPad touch 7th generation....Note simply put the Bluetooth doesn’t work and I’m wandering if there a factory recall on this product.....somewhat disappointed in my purchase....

Excited to get this , I thought I was able to rip my ITunes library to my IPod Touch but no , My computer I think needs update but my IMac doesn’t support , deeply disappointed , gonna reach to apple when I get a chance , right now 1star

terrible battery life horrible user interface for music

Online, pickup in store I want to return it honestly mainly because the size. I could probably buy an iPhone for $399* without service and still have that big face screen with the music library minus the storage which is what I was going for No fault of BB, but apple should redesign the iPod honestly. Eliminate the home button and increase the size. We love bigger screens and it needs to be shown over all apple products at this point Very much tiny in my hands so I haven’t used it or put any music on it. I’m really contemplating returning it, I hate how it feels in my hands.

already not functioning after a week, i got a dud. still waiting for 2 weeks now for apple to send me a box to send it out them. this is horrible i just wanted to have my music with me and now im completely screwed until i get a replacement, so annoying!

Right off the bat the touchscreen is faulty......have to turn off then on again when you attempt to put in your code for access to it....paid over $400 for this garbage. Also the screen is jumpy....I put my finger at location A but it's in location B... I'm returning it tomorrow to exchange for a new one......hopefully that one works as it should.

My opinion and I have an iPod lover this is a waste

When I first got my iPod Nano wasn't sure if I would like it or not. I went from the Nano, to the Classic 30GB. Then the 80GB & finally to the 120GB. That was then. Now, I went straight to the 128GB. Have close to 15K songs on it & will be buying the 256GB very soon. I love my MUSIC & my IPOD. Love that I can control the Music I want to listen to with the approx 200+ playlists on my iPod. I listen to Spanish & English music so that is why I still have over 6K songs I haven't loaded to the iPod yet (LOL). My iPod is the ONLY Apple device I have & I would rather break or lose my phone than something happen to my iPod.

iPod's should have had 256gb many years ago and today they should have at least 512gb or 1024gb. It would be nice to have all of my 400gb of music on one iPod so I can leave it plugged into my car 24/7 and not have to use awful bluetooth or plug a cord into my phone just to listen to music. I have amazon music, apple music, etc. in my car but nothing beats audio quality, fluidity and functionality of a connected iPod. I guess I'll need to buy two 256gb iPods for $800 and hope that Apple eventually does something logical like building a device with an sd slot. It's sad that aftermarket usb expansion sticks are the only option in 2019.

Love this product would recommend this product to anyone

Most things seem ok but the company does not support transfers from old Ipods to new. You can't move music from an ipod to your PC without expensive 3rd party software. I can't even transfer from a classic to the touch because Apple doesn't support their own products. Way overpriced for what they offer. I'll sell my touch for $200 and buy something else.
