Disappointed with Apple

Purchased right before Apple advised they are not making these any longer. Went to Apple store a few times and none of the "Genius's) knew how to fix music not moving to new from old IPOD. Called Cust. Service and the girl helping was not helpful. Spent a lot on this and not happy that I can't get all music over.
