I thought I would have to give up charging my new iPhone 6 on the clock radio I purchased for my iPhone 4s. I was passing by Best Buy and went in to see if there was an adapter that was made for this purpose. I was so happy to buy it. I use it for my old car charger too.

I purchased this so I could continue to use my Bose speaker dock with my newer phone. The only problem is the pin should be a bit longer, it doesn't work unless I take the case off of the phone, otherwise, it works great

Our new car has a hookup for ipods/iphones, but the cable that comes with it is 30pin, rather than lightning. Instead of buying a new proprietary cable with a lightning connector (for $60!), we got this adapter to use with the existing cable, and it works perfectly.

I have a Radio Safe that required a 32 pin adaptor to hook up a Apple iPhone 7 (and/or an IPod Classic). Either I shopped on Amazon reviewing dozens of generic clones or go directly to Best Buy and get referred to one on the shelf, that easy!

This adapter works well, I got it for my car charger, and it has been doing the job! I do have to take my case off from the bottom to get the charger to fit, but that's expected with this type of adapter.

After upgrading my phone I had several of the 30-pin plugs laying around. Additionally, my kids still have electronics that use this plug. This little number allows me to use their accesories without investing in new lightening cables or unplugging their cords.

Bought this item for my daughter to use in my older car that has a great stereo with iPod/iPhone connectivity but didn’t want to spend the money upgrading a perfectly good sound system but still connecting her newer phone. Working great

I totally love this adapter since it saved me from having to rewire my car's iphone plug. 1st one last about 2 years before the connection got loose, causing it to skip songs for me in pandora and/or making youtube pause/start repeat. high quality little adapter.

Works great, we had an old ipod that was connected to my truck and with this 16 pin adapter we easily were able to connect my iPhone. Thank you to the great service at the Georgetown, TX store they were awesome and helping find resolution to this problem.

Needed this piece for an iHome radio player. It works, but I fear it will ultimately break the iHome device or the new adapter pin. I wish it had a lower profile.

Got this to connect a traktor Z1 controller to my ipad , works perfect , well made and durable , as usual Apple makes quality products only, I'm sure there are cheaper similar products that get the job done but i prefer to get the best available for my equipment

I needed something to allow me to plug in my current iPhone into the speakers to listen to music. This did the trick and works well. The price is high for what it does but at least it works.

I bought the genuine Apple converter because I didn't want to gamble on the quality and reliability of the generic ones and only this one offered audio pass through. It works as advertised, but it costs 50% too much.

This is a great way to utilize all of your electronics that were originally for the "old style" 30 pin connector. For a relatively "low" cost, you can still enjoy all of your existing electronics with your "new" iPhone 5.

Easy to use and does exactly what I need it to! Only thing to worry about is if on a dock the phone I am trying to use doesn't fit in the dock. The 6 works fine on one of my docks, but my husbands 6+ doesn't fit and basically can't be used on a dock at all.

I needed an adapter for my iPhone 5, so I bought some cheap ones from Amazon, however none of them worked (not charging, plying music, etc). I finally buckled down and spent the money (30$) for this one, which is apple certified, and it works perfectly.

I bought this product for my iPhone 5s so I can connect to my car iPhone adapter. However, I have an otterbox case on my iPhone and the adapter does not fit with the Otterbox case. So I had to get a different case.

I was reluctant to upgrade from my iPhone 4S because I had purchased 3 separate docking stations that only accepted the 30-pin plug. This adaptor allows me to charge my new iPhone 6s Plus on all of my old docking stations and I am now back in style.

I had one in the car ever since I upgraded my phone, but bought a second one to keep at work so I don't have to panic when I forget my charger at home. Now I can just put the adapter on an old docking station I have on my desk and I'm good to go.
