Does its job perfectly! I do independent videography, and this SD card reader has come in handy so many times. If I need to upload video online from my DSLR camera, I just take out the SD card, connect the reader to my phone, then transfer the footage to my phone! Its very easy to use, and dependable.

I needed this to be able to import my GoPro memory card videos. This did the job flawlessly. After looking online for a card reader for my trail cameras the Apple cord was perfect choice. Now I can view my trail camera photos in the field to view the activity. Plug into my iPhone and there are the photos no extra app to download. Best Buy employee answered all my questions at the store.

I like this product, it’s easy to use! It’s of good quality and it’s small enough to carry with me when I travel so I can upload pictures!

I actually bought this to hook my Line 6 guitar pedal to my iPad Pro to record on Garage Band. Work perfectly. No expensive interface needed. Pedal has a USB out. Simple plugged it in the adaptor.

So this device works exactly as intended and can turn any Apple device with a lightening port into an SD Card viewer. The problem however is that Apple’s IOS does not allow you to view full images on the SD Card without first saving the images to your device. In other words, you can only see small thumbnail images of photos or videos on your SD Card until you choose to save the files to your photo album. Apple should really fix it to where you can view the full image and select to save it before importing the photo. For someone like me who uses my iPhone to view my game camera pictures while out in the woods, a tiny thumbnail image will not tell me anything about the files captured on my game cameras. I literally have to import all and then manually delete the files once I am able to view the full image.

I bought this to check SD cards out of trail cams, but it's very useful to check my DSLR cards as well. No app required to download-just hook up and the thumbnails load right up. From there you select which images to download and they move to your phone, where you can blow them up or send them.

Apple’s products all work super well with each other. I wasn’t expecting to be able to seamlessly import my photos and videos but I had no problem doing that. It is apple though so don’t expect to be saving money by purchasing this

I had bought this for a missions trip. I was bringing a DSLR camera and needed something easy and quick to offload pictures to my iPad. That’s exactly what this is. Small enough to not be a bother. Easy enough to quickly attach and go. I would strongly recommend this product!

Does exactly what I need it to; it’s perfect!! I use for my part time photography business and this allows me to keep my work light and compact for traveling with my family.

I normally use the WiFi in my Canon 70D to transfer photos to my iPhone. But since I had switched over to my old T3i, I figured I’d buy this to make my life a little easier. And oh man, I’m so happy I did! Since I use Lightroom on my iPhone as well, this little slice of pie transfers photos in RAW to the app on my phone, which in turn maintains the size and quality of my photos. Now I don’t have to go through my computer when I want to post clear photos without IG or FB diminishing the quality further. So if you’re on the wall about this, jump right on over and think no more! You will not regret it!

If you’re on the fence about buying this product, get off and make the purchase!!! I purchased it to download photos and videos from my drone, the ease and simplicity alone makes this a MUST HAVE. I even came across an old camera from about 15 years ago that had a sd card, had no idea what was on it because the camera no longer works. I inserted it into the reader and into my iPad and instantly a slew of memories popped up. The 4k resolution for drone footage is AMAZING. If you want the ease of being able to read your sd cards without a pc BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
