Good price. We use these all the time at my job. So far no issues.

I bought this to use with my recently purchased iPad Mini 2 to connect to a projector. It does what it's supposed to do, and I haven't had any problems with it. However, unlike a PC or Mac, you can't choose (at least, I haven't figured that out yet) to have the display "mirrored" or "extended." What you see on your iPad is what you see on the projector screen. This is not an issue with the adapter, but it's something to consider if that's what you're looking for.

It does everything Apple says it will and didn't let me down. This worked perfectly for my presentation with my iPhone. The downside is that the store employee had no clue of what the product was or that it was useable with anything but an iPad. He even shook his head like he knew better and I would be returning it. He kept asking me if I had an iPad. I kept reassuring him it would work fine. Sometimes I wish the employees had better knowledge of what they sell.

I have an iPad that I needed to view through a projector. Without an Apple TV to connect to wirelessly, I needed a hard-wired option. This adapter works perfectly for the job. It provides a secure connection to the Lightning port on my iPad and the VGA connects to the projector without issue. Now I can mirror my iPad on a projector whenever I need to. While it is costly, it does what you need and is worth the price.

Easy to use - now I can do presentations from iPad.

I need to be able to connect my ipad to projectors for Keynote presentations. Some facilities use HDMI. Some use VGA. I picked up both and they work great. Returned a combo unit I bought from Amazon because it only works 50% of the time and it requires power. These Apple adapters do not require power, although they do allow power to pass a through to the device.

this VGA adapter is working just as it was intended. I ordered these for our school division and we haven't had a problem with them. We had purchased a no-name brand that worked well at first, but then stopped. The first ones we purchased were cheaper, but definitely not dependable. So, we are happy with out purchase.

I wanted a way to connect directly to my TV and this filled the bill and I can also connect to other outputs as well projectors, monitors etc. you will need a regular interface cable as this is only about 8-10 inches long

Being a teacher, I needed to show my iPad on the screen several times and use for discussion maps. This perfectly works with our projector. Quickly plug in, shows up on our screen and away we go. Even works great for our home system.

I originally bought this to watch movies from my ipad on a bigger screen through my projector. So, my family enjoy watching movies now, but also we can share what is on my ipad or iphone's screen onto either projector or HD TV. Kids no longer need to fight for a spot for their head to watch movie or play games on ipad because one can watch TV screen while the other plays with iPad.

I bought this because I needed to make a presentation using an older projector that only had VGA inputs, and I thought I might not have access to my Mac, so I needed to be able to present from my iPad. It worked flawlessly. I did all of my practices and the final presentation using Keynote on the iPad with this adapter.

I do mobile presentations as part of my Training & Development role with my company and needed to be able to present from my iPhone and iPad. This cable makes it so easy, plus your charger cable being attached solves the problems of presenting with a mobile device and having the device battery drained. Highly recommended!

I used this cable to plug in a projector and was able to give a presentation right off my iPad with simply the cable no need of Apple TV or any other accessory. I also used a bingo app at a high school fundraiser and projected the bingo screen off of a projector connected to my iPad. I had digital bingo it was great and all thanks to this cable
