    I needed to connect my iPad to a video projector. The adapter worked flawlessly. It did exactly what I needed it to do. I only gave it 4 stars because like all Apple products, it is overpriced at $49.95. But when you need it, you need it.

    For those who have battery cases on their iPhone, had to take mine off - would not work through case connector. Other than that - works great!

    It worked great for connecting my iPad to a monitor. I may use it for a projector at some point which is why I got this cable instead of HDMI.
