We purchased an open box Mac mini and the quality was still really good, no complaints, no dings are scratches and it doesn’t run slow.

I have been a Windows user all my life...suddenly the motherboard of a pretty decent creator laptop burnt up...so I decided to try this...it is the best PC performance wise that I have ever had. It blows my i7 13th generation, 6GB Nvidia GeForce out of the water...no regrets at all. It just works, especially for photo editing and YouTube quality video renderings. There is a small learning curve for the macOS, but I am all in now. Runs cool at 60 degrees too.

Great desktop computer. Using it to pair with my MacBook Pro and not having to plug and unplug from my desk. More than worth the price point. Only quirk was that you needed a mac keyboard and mouse (luckily I had one) to set up.

Perfect Mac. It was wise to choose the M4 instead of the M3. Don't get me wrong, the M3 is also a powerhouse, but the port distribution and clean performance in this model are fantastic. Best performance per dollar in the market. I also wanted to say that the Best Buy experience was immaculate. (I purchased it 7 months ago)

Mac Mini M4 is great starter Mac. I’m using for Final Cut Pro, Adobe AE, Illustrator and other Adobe apps. I did buy an external 26TB storage but other than that this Mac renders my videos quickly and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

I really love how fast this system is. I have an IMAC I5 before upgrading and it never fails to show how its easy to transfer data seamlessly and effortlessly. The M4 chip is great as well, you can download some Ipad applications on your desktop and you can tranfer data from your phone to this unit faster. Overall, highly recommend this technology.

Best bang for the buck desktop computer. This thing is silent all the time and it does the job of all my daily computing with occasional video editing. The Thunderbolt 4 ports are as fast as internal storage for expansion. I also upgraded the internal drive to 2TB. I choose to use this computer, other than when I want to game, over my Ryzen 9 + 3090 PC because of how efficient and quiet this tiny computer is. Hands down recommendation.

I love the mac mini M4 because its compact and essy to use. Had a macbook pro that i gave my daughter and now am hapoy woth the mini. Very powerful dmall machine.

Superb little machine. I added an external 4Tb SSD in a USB4/TB4 case and USB/SDcard hub. And I have everything I want/need The external drive does reads @3100/Mbps, writes @3000/Mbps the internal does reads @2400Mbps, writes @2100/Mbps So avoiding the Apple SSD tax has a GREAT performance benefit. Connected External USB monitor. My Mini is connected to "Razer BlackWidow v4 Pro 75%" keyboard, an awesome combination. U3 SD cards read at close to 1000Mbps. Performs superbly.

I've had this for about almost a year now and I can confirm that the base model is the best value product from Apple. The only issue is the cost to go up to 512gb of storage (which you will need if you do anything other than web browsing) is 1/3rd the cost of the base model. But other than that, it's great.

The device is very nice! Feels like I made the right choice, I immediately noticed a significant performance improvement compared to my previous Mac mini M2. It perfectly paired with the Blackjet MiniRaiden to upgrade both 4TB M.2 SSD to offload my Sony CFExpress cards for my setup

This miracle is amazing for my music company. Works better than my last iMac.

I’ve owned iMacs forever but after 10 years, they are obsolete but still working well. Beautiful monitors that can’t be used, so I’m trying the mini route. I have it hooked up to a dual monitor setup and it runs everything nicely. I’m thinking investing into one more really nice monitor and then switching out the mini every 3 years or so. I do a lot of photography and content creation, and this is definitely a speedy little cruncher.

I've had this since Dec 2024, and love this little power house ever since. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is due to the intermittent flash of a blank screen that I didn't have with my 2019 Intel mini on the same screen. But I still like being able to tuck this away under the monitor stand and hide all the cables. Super compact and great value for all it's power!
