Love this computer. Tired of large desktop PC taking up too much space so shopped for mini PC. Some of the new mini PCs were not too bad, but Mac mini always reviewed better (unless you game). If you are in Apple ecosystem the Mac ties in much better.

I have been shopping and a member with Best Buy for over 10 years now and this was the worst purchase experience I ever had with Best Buy Best Buy messed up the order for my Mac mini and I had to go back to the store a total of five times to get everything resolved get everything ordered right and finally received the product. I do not plan on returning and buying anything in the near future or recommending anybody go buy anything I don’t know what has happened to Best Buy if it’s the employees if it’s the new system or what it is if it’s AI I don’t know, but I should not have to go to Best Buy five times to purchase a product. All they kept saying was I’m sorry thank you for your patience. Didn’t offer to do anything or give anything for my time. My effort going back back-and-forth wasting gas totally unacceptable.

Wonderful computer and very portable! I just wish Apple made it easier to use this with old iMac monitors.

This was the Mac mini worth waiting for. I replaced my 7-year old PC with this and have no regres.

This is a terrible computer. Slow and underpowered. This "powerful" Mac mini with the M4Pro is slow and definitely not as advertised. It can't even open a folder of low quality JPEGS on the Desktop. I thought maybe the USB cable was broken, so I dragged onto my Desktop. It randomly displays previews. Unbelievably frustrating. I can't even preview photos from 5 years ago?!?!? I reset all the preferences and "thumbnail" but to no avail. Final Cut Pro X also struggles to keep up with LOG footage more than one stream at a time. So annoyed with Apple. Going to return this ASAP.

Great ... good service and the quality is good.

Bought in March and now the mac mini is dead...complete hardware failure. After talking to tech support that now amounts to 3 hours, I am told that I have to drop it off at an Apple Store (3.5 hour drive) in order to get it fixed. I have Apple Care Plus, too. Think about what you really need before buying the new M4 Mac Mini. I am not happy with the tech support or the Mac Mini itself.

I was told they’d price match Micro Center. Ended up being lied to by 4 different people and returning this. If you’re reasonably close to a Micro Center, it’s worth the drive!

This thing keeps freezing up. Be warned that apple does not support these devices as well as their phones. No replacement due to device failure. Despite having applecare plus they will need to "inspect" the device. Supposedly this is due to "differences" in how they treat Mac and iPhone. Sure Apple you can do that, I'll also vote with my wallet and return this to find something else.
