    Best Buy was very good at exchanging my first unit because I was experiencing network drops when using the Ethernet. I did not have the problems with Wi-Fi. The exchange in store was quick and easy. So far the 2nd unit is not having the network problems the 1st unit had.

    Everything works fine except a couple of issues: my audio interface connected by USB is disconnected when the Mac awakes from sleep; USB 3.0 devices interfere with Wi-Fi when plugged into the USB-A ports, making the internet extremely slow; and there was some stuttering/freezing when watching a 4K video. The video issue only happened once, though, so hopefully it won't happen again.

    I should have got the 16 gb mot the 8 gb.....plus the M1 chip is much better than the M2 chip! I have the MaxBook Pro M1 chip that is much faster and so much better in every way! This was a BIG mistake! Too late now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    No reason to buy a laptop if you work mostly from home, a cheaper and better computer is a mini. Let alone all the connections you have then. Great product.
