I ordered it and before it cold get here my children bought me a laptop. I have tried to return it and all they want to do is give me store credit. I am 84 years old and there is nothing else in the store I can use. I just want a refund for my purchase amount. Please and thank you.

Great but I'd never buy again.

Having said that I'd never buy one again because of the lack of USB ports. There are only two. I use one for a mouse. That leaves the other one for a printer, scanner, and flash drives.

I went back to Best Buy & the person that I spoke to said that it would cost $99 to look at it. That is unacceptable. I took it to the Apple store and there was no charge. I will not be returning to Best Buy.

Awful delivery experience

Cannot reroute, authorize them to leave it or have it held at a FedEx terminal due to their specific instructions. If you order for shipment beware. Feels great for my previous (Best Buy purchased) Asus laptop to crash after just 2 years and not be able to access the new computer system I ordered.
