    People are leaving reviews about “bad parts” and what not. I find these abiguitues unhelpful. So i will clarify. The base model only features a single NAND flash chip, whereas the M1 base midel had 2 128gb chips, and this makes for slower read write speeds. Upgrade to the 512 if you need more performance as you will likely get better performance per dollar.

    Works well for coding and browsing. However it is not as smooth as I expected it to be. So maybe should have gotten the 16 GB RAM.

    I am only giving this 4 stars because of the learning curve of working on a MAC vs. a pc. However, you can’t beat the price for this mini. It made the switch very affordable and the learning curve is part of the price.

    Physically almost identical to the one I had that was purchased in 2011. Vastly upgraded components and the latest OS and M2 -10 core chip. More than adequate for normal computing needs. Small form factor and silent operation as there is no fan.

    This Mac mini is everything you need and more. Fast, no lag, no nothing. Love watching movies on it! Grab you a monitor and Keyboard for under $200, and you got yourself a set up! Love the Clean look.
