I like all Apple products and liked this mini Mac. I did however had a lot of issues with the printer properties. I needed up returning this and buying a windows computer.

I’ve been waiting months now and still haven’t received the item or a refund. Purchase in store do NOT purchase it online.

Best Buy literally stole $700 from me when they shipped me an empty box instead of this computer. Customer service was completely unhelpful. They told me to file a police report, which was also an utter waste of time, as was filing a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection. So now I have to pay a large credit card bill for something I didn't receive. If I'd gotten robbed by a mugger in a ski mask, at least I wouldn't know exactly who'd robbed me. But I do, and it was the sleaze-bags at Best Buy, who will apparently suffer no punishment for their crime. I've spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy, but I'll never give them a cent of my money again.

I was excited to try this new Mac mini; I've used nothing but Apple computers for two decades now, but have grown more and more annoyed at how proprietary they make everything. Both my non-Apple keyboard and mouse disconnect ALL THE TIME (both are wired). They have to be unplugged and plugged back in for the computer to recognize them. I have done everything I can to get the Mac to identify them through settings. This is beyond annoying. I don't want the Apple keyboard or mouse, I should be able to use any peripheral I want, isn't that the entire point of the Mac mini? If Macs don't work with non-Apple peripherals it should be very clear.

It was to be an open box like new but the hard drive was bad and had to return. Geek squad checked it out and apologized

I hate this computer. I have followed instructions and migrated backup from old mac. Noyhing works. It has taken several days to recover an apple account ID and p/w. Now I can't get into computer to clear migrated data and reset so that I can start all over manually. I want to exchange with a new mini mac m2.

Still unable to get the internet. So, it is not very useful after spending hours with Geeks working on it, or waiting for Geeks to work on it!

Please remove this item from my order list because it is not being delivered for almost 3 quarters.

That Mac Mini thingy? It's like a tiny box but packs a punch! Super fast for all my stuff and looks neat on my desk. Great for folks like me who aren't too techy but want something good. I would recommend it to everybody. Very cost effective and useful. Worth every $.

My first Apple computer. Lighting fast. Runs tasks from Apple or Microsoft real easy. Taking me a bit of time to learn Apple workings. could use a few more USB plug ins.

Excellent choice to save some space. Had to upgrade and am happy with this, the system runs so smooth! I was able to transfer everything from my MacBook

Replaced a three year old PC with this Mini Mac and I love it! Does everything I need it to do and more.....very fast, as well...... also love the compact size. Great buy!

This M2 Mac mini was an upgrade from a 12 year old MacBook Pro with an SSD. I was not sure whether to go with eight or 16 gigs of RAM, but eight is adequate. The mini is like going from a horse and buggy to a jet plane. Even the screen quality on the Asus monitor I used previously and am using presently is very much improved. The mini has stayed cool and quiet even after many hours on a single session with six or seven apps open. The only downside is, I will have to add a microphone and a camera. A very minor expense, as opposed to having purchased an iMac or a MacBook.

It's fast, reliable and I love its compactness. Couldn't asked for a better replacement for my old Mac.

Blown away with the performance of the Mac Mini with its form factor. I wish that Best Buy had the 16gb RAM version of the basic M2 model that I can use the Best Buy Rewards card in, but I am super satisfied with my Mac Mini. This little thing so optimized from making videos to handbraking MKV files, this Mac Mini has been a delight to use.

Very pleased with the Mac Mini. My windows computer was older and needed to be replaced. Tried Mac. After the obvious learning curve with a new OS, I’m happy with my choice.

In my opinion this is the best Mac for general computing use. It's inexpensive, you can choose the monitor/keyboard/mouse you like. When you buy an iMac you are always rebuying the monitor and input devices and it's built into the cost. For those who worry about having only 8Gb memory I find that MacOS is so memory efficient that 8Gb is sufficient for general office tasks and I don't expect that to change for the next 4-5 years. If you are planning to edit 4k or 8k video or plan to do cutting edge software development on this box using XCode or Android Studio then I think you need at least 16 Gb of RAM.

Best value in a Mac desktop, especially if you already have a mouse, keyboard, external speakers, and a camera. This is the second M2 Mini (and fourth Mini) we have purchased.

Finally had to replace my old Mac mini, so old it still had a spinning hard drive and was no longer supported with software upgrades. What a difference new technology makes in performance and usability, but still has the comfort of all my Apple products.
