Perfect performance and space saver . easy installation

Love my new Mac mini Desktop. I was previously working off an old Mac from 2015 and have taken really great care of it that I didn't need a new monitor but my hard drive was struggling to keep up with the times. This was such a great solution allowing me to maintain my Mac screen but upgrade the the drive. Now my processing speed is so much faster and my productivity has increased as a result.

The mac mini has always been a powerhouse in its form factor. Apple silicon in the form of the M2 chip takes it to a new level as a base for your digital lifestyle. 8GB of RAM is often maligned, but as an everyday user who pushes the boundaries of general multi-tasking (educator and bored tech nerd). I constantly have 20-30 web browser tabs open with no problems of freezing and apps closing. The keys is using Apple's Safari browser, or other new streamlined browsers over the memory-hungry Chrome browser (which you can still run successfully). The bigger storage configuration carried by Bestbuy makes the smaller integrated RAM works extremely well through swap memory. Don't be scared away by claims of unsatisfactory performance with the base memory. It is a smooth and efficient machine for daily and educational use; and shines as part of an ecosystem that can/may include an Apple watch, iPad, or Macbook. You don't need them; but they work well together. The mini can be the base of your setup at home, and the other things can help you enjoy the experience on the go.

Has been working great so far. I just use it for checking e-mail, paying bills, and online shopping, nothing too processor-intensive. Got a littled worried when I first booted up because the video was all wonky, but I was using a 15-year-old monitor and the cheapest HDMI to DVI cable I could find, so I'm blaming them. Once it booted up all the way the video figured itself out and I haven't had any issues since. Setup was pretty painless, so it was pretty quick to get up and running.

We have been trying to figure out which Mac to upgrade to since our old one was on its last legs. We had been waiting for the iMac 24” to switch to the 2nd generation processor but our computer wasn’t going to get there before the change was made. So, we decided to replace it with this mini Mac that had a second generation M2 chip and a separate monitor. Needless to say, we couldn’t be happier. While the Mac monitors are gorgeous, the 27” HP monitor we paired with it wasn’t to shabby and quite a bit less. The new processor more than fills any day to day activities in our house. Transferring the files from the old computer was also straightforward and we were back up and running in no time. While a complete iMac is easier, if you are looking for more flexibility in your final computer layout and to use existing keyboards and trackpad you already have, give this computer a chance.

When my 2010 Apple desktop Apple software became obsolete I bought a Mimi2 and Best Buy transferred all data to the Mini. We have a second home and now I can easily take my computer from place to place and not be encumbered with big system. Just needed a monitor for display and 2nd home. GOOD Purchase

Ordered this on line from Best Buy. Price was great arrived on time and well packaged. Returning to the Mac after over thirty years with windows. just as easy as I remember, just have to get use to the little differences. Like how small and quite the mini is and with the m3 chip it is plenty fast enough for what I do.

Works amazing. I bought it to replace an older laptop and desktop that I had hooked up to my TV. I’m just another Apple product that I have that works seamlessly and amazing with all of my other products.

Had to upgrade our mac since it is too old to upgrade it’s operating system. This is a graat deal…we already had an extra monitor from a PC, an extra mouse and an extra apple keyboard from our old mac. Saved alot from not having to buy mac that is well over $1k.

Great computer, Like the ability to use different monitors, keyboards & mice. I wanted more memory, but price was too high, I did get the M2 with 512g drive. I plan on getting the AGPTEK USB-C Docking Station & Stand for Mac Mini with a back up drive for more storage.

Best computer I have ever bought. Will recommend to everyone willing to listen. It is silent and tiny and light weight but it can handle anything I need it too. Wonderful purchase.

The Apple - Mac mini -M2 is a great small computer ,that I can take with me on trips. Very fast computer !

Great purchase. Love that it easily become portable. Strong little machine for sure. Only annoyance was during the setup when u didn’t realize i would need to plug In a keyboard or access the accessibility menu because there’s no way of connecting the Bluetooth keyboard right off the bat.

just the ideal balance between space and price. you can have a system using 20G of 512G SSD and more space to work with your cloud files, messages, emails, attachments pictures etc . Such a brave machine

Awesome machine, got it to replace a 10 year old mini. Just make sure you buy it with the memory and disk that you will want in the future. You won't be able to increase the memory - but you could always add an external ssd.

Replaced older Intel MacBook pro with this unit. Performance is great for normal applications and storage is good base applications. I have had multiple apps running simultaneously and not noticed any performance degradation.

Works great and came without no damage! I 100% recomend this instead of the brand new Mac Mini
